1. For the second time she is rude and the old staff apologizes for her! She's an old woman, but she hates clients.
2. The fact is that when she changed, the discount VIP cards did not work, she asked the administrator to hold the card, which she defiantly left and was rude. With the old change, the card works miraculously. A combination of circumstances???
Take this admin to another store!
