At this point, apparently, it was necessary to turn around and leave. Meanwhile, while they were preparing a paw to take tests, a couple with a cat came right into the room where they took us. And then the friend who receives us turns to the employee and says: "Let me help you." And he begins to hold the cat, so that he would carry out his manipulations with him (although he was already held by the hostess, who came with her husband). With grief, taking in half what is needed, he sends us home "to wait for the results (which will be somewhere at 11), they will call." I again insist on looking at the smear, putting on an IV, to which he replies that there is no point without results, and they will not take a smear from the laboratory assistants. After 40 minutes of traffic jams, I was at another clinic, while I was driving, I told the doctor everything. In response, a dissatisfied voice in raised tones: "The laboratory is open from 10:00 and if you passed early, this does not mean that they will be earlier. Well, well, I inform you that their employee said that they would be there by 11, or maybe even a little earlier, and that they would call. The lady will assure me that "yes, this cannot be and now she will call back." After half an hour, she calls back and says that one analysis is being done for a long time, as much as 4 hours, so it is not ready yet. But what about the others, I say that in another clinic, the most basic analysis was done in 5 minutes, and that I was sent home with a dog with a temperature of 40.5, to wait for the same results!
