Customer orientation in this salon is at the level of minus infinity. Irina is always friendly, and the second person, the "master" blonde, is the complete opposite of her. Boorish, the feeling that he came to beg from her, and not to do painting, hairstyle, etc. He does not know the names of procedures, styling, there is no paint, it turned out to be an impossible task for her to calculate how much a certain range of services will cost. I was very busy with my phone and unfinished tea.
They cut it badly and very expensive. 20 rubles for a five-minute men's haircut for a typewriter, it's too much. The worst "master", of course, Nastya, this lady, has no idea what to do - everything is crooked, oblique and dotted with "antennas".
As luck would have it, there are excellent masters and bad ones, specifically one blonde who cuts her hair in her own way and does not hear the client, and also disrespectfully communicates with the client.
I signed up for a visit to the hairdresser 2 days before an important event for myself. The designated and convenient time for me was agreed with the administrator. The day before the event, 1.5 hours before the visit, I was notified that, as it turns out, another client's record turned out to be for my time! They suggested the time of the visit, at a time when my lunch is over and I need to write to my account to get to the hairdresser... After working hours, I pack my suitcase-I don't have time for a hairdresser...I believe that sensible clients, if they have at least some respect for themselves, should not visit this institution, where incompetent employees "recruited by advertisement" sit, who treat their clients as the lowest strata of the population, elevating themselves above them by the elite, which they are far from judging by the organization of their working day!!!
A wonderful master works in this barbershop on the second floor, her name is Irina. She is a professional in her field, has an individual approach to each client, is very attentive and careful, I recommend it!
