We often celebrate children's birthdays in Ales. I like everything very much. Animators work great, children really like it, there are a lot of programs for different ages, it is interesting for adults as well. It's good that there is a separate room where you can relax and feed the kids. Thank you very much for the great mood and professional celebration!!! We celebrated our daughter's 5th birthday. The guys are organizing an amazing holiday! The birthday boy's room decorated with balloons is beautiful and clean. The animators are working at 100%. No child is left without attention - and we had 10 of them! Children and adults are delighted! Everyone is happy! Thanks to all those involved in this magic ❤

A great children's entertainment center! My daughter's birthday, 8 years old, was a great success) We chose the Barbie program, while it was fun for both girls and boys. The program is very rich, and everything that children like so much is selected: soap bubble shows, contests, dancing in tinsel... Plus a pool with balls, slides, trampolines and a foam pit. The animators entertained the children for 3 hours. Parents had a great time too) The director is very attentive, helped with the choice of the program, answered questions about the organization. There are a lot of positive moments, well done guys)

I was at this center once for a child's birthday. I liked everything, a room for celebration (table and chairs, sofa, coffee machine), a room for children to play, three animators, left with a very good impression BUT!!!
Decided to hold a graduation, 6 children from the garden are graduating, thought it would be a great option, but it wasn't there, the package of services is worth it 430 rubles, but as soon as they heard that there would be a graduation, not a birthday, the price immediately became 700 rubles for the same program. Autumn is an interesting pricing in this place🤷🏻♀️

We chose minecraft characters, celebrated the birthday of a 5-year-old child, there were guests of different ages. Everyone paid attention, even the baby who is 2 years old. I attended a foam party with my son at the Alesya Recreation Center. The idea is, of course, good, but ...
the animation is very weak: the event is designed for an hour, the animators work for only 15 minutes, and these are 4-5 contests. There is a tiny slide. The rest of the time, the children just have nothing to do. It was good that Dad was with us and the child had someone to play with for the remaining 45 minutes. Dad entertained as much as he could. I would like to play with children more. I think that 15 rubles is too much for an event of this quality.
And most importantly! The next day, the child developed a rash all over his body! We urgently went to the doctor. It turned out to be viral erythema. 2 types of pills were prescribed. The fact is that the foam gets into the mouth, ears, nose. The children spit it out. And others immediately involuntarily swallow. This is how infection occurs. Maybe we were just unlucky.
Alas and ah... We expected more from this event. We were disappointed.

I will share my impressions about the center at the booking stage. 2 months before the event, I personally arrived at the center to book the necessary date and time of the event, discuss issues of interest. The animator administrator showed where the holiday is held, told the nuances, booked the date and time. When asked about the prepayment, she assured that there was no need to leave it, since there was still a lot of time before the planned event. We agreed on the date of November 1 (more than a month before the event). On the specified day, I called to clarify the necessary details for the transfer and it turns out that there is no reservation, there was no record and the record is busy. After a long dialogue, it turns out that the recording is carried out only by phone (for me personally, this is absurd) and the administrator lacks authority, therefore, an incompetent employee misinforms potential customers. Therefore, for your guarantee, enter into an agreement where all the rights and obligations of the parties for execution will be spelled out. It is ambiguous in its environment, this center is not subject to recommendation.
