The most disgusting place I've ever met…
Terrible service and attitude. The atmosphere is terrible. Disgusting coffee. The barista made coffee with foam about 5 cm above the cup, that it was already flowing out of it ... to the question "what is it at all?" she heard "Drink faster, it's necessary!!"
The man who was also behind the bar, apparently the owner, ran into us because we went into a coffee shop with wet floors, and asked us to stand in a corner and not walk…
It was impossible to sit at the tables, some tables were paid.
When we entered the coffee shop, we were immediately confused by the fact that there was not a single person there on Sunday…
Now it is perfectly clear why))
Prices are inadequately inflated, for such a "level" of coffee. No quality, no service, no customer orientation.
In fact, some kind of eatery in which the quality of coffee is worse than in some fast food establishment, and the service, attitude and service are worse than in the most terrible bazaar.

Last night I visited this charming cafe with my wife, and we were both delighted. I'm not making anything up! I am writing what remains on my mind after visiting! From the very beginning, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service was at the highest level – the staff was very polite and attentive to all our wishes. Although I'm a rare bore myself!
The atmosphere in the cafe is simply magical. The cozy atmosphere, soft lighting and pleasant music create the perfect place for a romantic evening or a meeting with friends. We felt like we were in a cozy corner of happiness.
As for the coffee and cappuccino, they were simply divine. Each sip was filled with a rich aroma and impeccable taste. And my wife certainly understands this! And the baking... and the other goodies that we tried were so delicious that it was difficult to stop!
In general, our visit to this cafe left us with the warmest memories. We are already planning to come back again and recommend this place to all our friends and acquaintances. Thank you for such a wonderful evening!

Disgusting attitude, rudeness, no customer orientation. The young man working there (according to him, the owner) categorically treats visitors with children. We heard a lot of rudeness in our address, that we are beggars, we envy him, etc.
The conflict itself began due to the fact that our child squeaked a couple of times, because he just wanted to eat (i.e. there were no tantrums, the child did not break anything, did not run, did not bother anyone, but sat in a stroller). In order not to cause discomfort to anyone, we specially sat down in a separate room where there were no people at all. We received a remark: "Make sure that your child does not scream, stick a pacifier in him, visitors complain" (as I said earlier, the child did not scream, just squeaked a couple of times to show his displeasure). The young man did not like my answer that it was a small child and he could not sit silently. We were asked to apologize and buy coffee for the visitors who did not like that our child made a little sound. To which he replied that he would not say who "complained" (apparently no one said anything and this is his personal dislike of children). Actually, after that, the whole conflict began with insults in our direction.
When asked to provide a book of complaints and suggestions, it was said: "I won't give it to you, and in general it is in the office, if you want to write something, go there." After what time it was still provided to us. I asked the young man for a pen, since I didn't have one, to which he replied, "Can I write another review for you?". My suggestion to make a children's corner was answered by opening your own institution and doing it there. If this is the attitude towards visitors with children, then you should immediately warn about it or put up an ad. Or still make a mini corner for children with a table, chair, coloring book (it does not take up much space). We came to drink coffee, sat quietly for 10 minutes at most, and finally left in a terrible mood.
If this man is actually the owner of this institution, then it would be worth learning how to regulate conflicts with visitors, and not be rude and insulting.

Customer orientation is not even 1 star, but minus 5 stars, I don't understand why such establishments are still operating. We're in 2025, not 2007.
There is not a single empty seat, there are no people, the tables are just on "reserve", the coffee is tasteless.
We stood in front of the counter to drink coffee, took a picture, a man came up, asked to be quieter (there were three of us)- it's still OK.
But the fact that exactly a second later a second man came up AND ASKED NOT TO STAND IN THE AISLE, please note that the place was empty. There were two other people there, we didn't yell or bother anyone to ask for such a thing, and when I said, "we're going to leave now," he very happily said, "YEAH," everything immediately became clear.

Complete shock! Unpleasant sediment from maintenance! Such a harsh attitude towards children, an unpleasant man, no kindness, customer orientation. The main thing is that I haven't noticed this before. I wanted to leave faster. Unexpectedly! If children are not allowed, then write an ad or say no right away, but politely! I felt like a criminal when they immediately came to our table with comments on how to behave in sofas, but not "Hello". I just scared you, I ruined your mood! This is the first time!

I do not recommend visiting in the first place because of the attitude towards customers, which spoiled the whole impression of the cafe. We came with my wife and 4-year-old son, made an order, the child wanted to see the Christmas tree and other decorations, went for a walk around the hall with my wife (there were only us and another girl, i.e. the hall was almost empty), to which we received a remark, apparently from the owner (I may be mistaken) that this is not a play area and there is nothing to go around and dirty the floor (it was snowy weather). This floor was already covered in footprints and during the whole time we were in the cafe, the floor was not wiped... Without proper service, I think that the prices are too high: 7.5 rubles for tea (350 ml.), 17 rubles for 1 liter of tea in general, a piece of cake from 6.5 rubles, 5.9 rubles for a kopuccino. Furniture in the style of wooden pallets, music through small Bluetooth speakers that were somehow fixed on the wall, and not normal acoustics that is, they did not create comfortable conditions (polite relations to customers, high-quality interior), and they break the price. I note that they have a beautiful Christmas tree with a snowman). Judging by previous reviews, this is not an isolated case.

We went to a cafe with a friend to drink tea. First I visited the toilet, then I got acquainted with the offered assortment. The menu is varied, but the prices for both drinks and desserts are unreasonably high. For a small eclair, they want 5 rubles, a glass of tea from 6.5 rubles and it will be tea from a bag! We decided to have tea somewhere else, and were about to leave when they demanded 3 rubles from me for going to the toilet. Moreover, there is no information that the toilet is only for visitors anywhere. Why not 5 or 10 then? Moreover, the man behind the counter was very rude. I had to buy tea, which was a tea bag with boiling water in a paper cup. It tastes nothing special, and the price is almost 7 rubles. For that kind of money in other establishments, they bring a 500 ml kettle. That's probably why there were almost no visitors on the weekend.
And I don't recommend it.

This place deserves even one star, it's a shame that in such a beautiful city, there is such a cafe that completely spoils the impression. He also made comments on how to sit in his cafe. In response to the complaint, a terrible unsubscribe came. Such people should not work in catering.

Good afternoon! We were passing through Gomel and were interested in this institution. The menu included coffee and cocoa in edible glasses. It looks very cool. And it tastes fantastic. I haven't been there for a very long time and apparently I won't come back ever again! Not only are the prices unreasonably high, but the products are not fresh! I took 3 cottage cheese - poppy cheesecake and 2 of them were extremely not fresh, the curd part was already hard and extremely unpleasant taste! Honestly, I didn't even eat anymore and just threw it away. It's a pity that the establishment spoils the reputation of Bon-Bon confectionery...

I can't recommend this place to visit. The employee (he is also the owner of the cafe) communicates extremely poorly with visitors. You can't sit down together. You cannot place an order in 5 minutes (either right now or leave). After about an hour, he literally began to expel me, referring to some internal rules (there are no such laws). If you don't want to spoil your mood, pass by. The book of comments and suggestions is not designed according to the rules.
