Among the disadvantages are the renovation of the saltwater pool, the drainage of sewage sewage near the hotel directly onto the beach and, accordingly, into the sea, and the imposed New Year's banquet, which we initially did not plan to attend.
We had a rest from 2.03 to 8.03.2025. The hotel is beautiful, there is a Spa and various programs. But the saltwater pool does not work. And they don't warn you about this before arrival. This is a big disadvantage. The pool in the sauna area is icy, we couldn't go swimming. Outside, the water is more or less warmer, but there is no declared 26 degrees. The breakfast is normal and satisfying. Room cleaning and change of towels every day or on request. It's a bit boring in the evenings. It turns out that there was karaoke in the evening, but they didn't warn about it. We saw it by chance when we went downstairs. They told the administrator about it, but he nodded somewhere at the wall - they say there is information there. The sea is within walking distance, but there is no smell of the sea, but there is a smell of sewage that merges into the sea. Swimming in the sea is dangerous, I think. It is better to find another place, for example, Pitsunda, where the clearest sea is. We were there in Irene in 2013.
The hotel itself is decent. The staff is polite and helpful. Good location. The room was a 2-room suite with a view of the sea and the local Eiffel Tower. The room is large with a gorgeous view. There are two buildings with two pools on the territory (one with fresh water and the other with sea water). The third building opens in June next year.
A huge disadvantage of the dining room. In general, this is a restaurant, but, unfortunately, the language will not turn to call it that. The food is monotonous, despite the fact that there are vegetables, meat, fish, side dishes, soups and porridges. Very few fruits. We thought we'd come, at least have a little fun. The food is cold. the dishes are not washed, there are not enough cups. Two or three days just flew out of vacation because of the rotovirus. And everyone who comes gets sick. The dining room, upon request, gives out crackers if necessary. There is also a rice broth on the "Swedish" line.

The rooms are clean, modern furniture, hair dryer, kettle, cups + saucers are available. 2-3 days and a change of towels and linen. The cleaning is good. Location 1 line. We had a rest in the middle of September. I liked the appearance of the hotel very much, the rooms are nice, clean. Cleaning every day, towels were changed regularly. I liked the food in the restaurant and the gorgeous view of the sea. There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. But, a stream flows straight through the beach from the sewer, the stench is very unpleasant and of course many people have caught rotavirus, including us. The rest was ruined. In the dining room, in this case, there is a decoction of chamomile, breadcrumbs and porridge on water. We had a wine tour and instead of a welcome glass of homemade wine, they poured us the 3rd part of a glass of some sour stuff. A liter of wine was promised to the room, and a bottle of sour wine was brought again only on the 3rd day and after reminders.
We stayed at this hotel in October 2024. This is the fourth time in Abkhazia that there is something to compare with, I liked everything in this hotel (not Turkey, but everything is very decent and on the level). 2. Rotovirus and poisoning did not bypass both me and the child, so we spent several days in the room instead of relaxing.

A good hotel, there are two swimming pools (with fresh and salt water), three meals a day, very good (buffet) and varied. We were pleased with the nice spacious rooms. Daily monitoring (tests, procedures), many pleasant, relaxing, supportive procedures for a weakened body. The most beautiful nurse in the procedures is Lyudmila Georgievna. The day passes quickly and intensely. Everything is beautiful, clean, caring. Everyone is smiling, flexible change of procedure hours. They do wonderful massages. The maids clean every day, everyone is very polite. There is light in the rooms, everything works. Heated swimming pool.THERE are NO cockroaches. The breakfasts are very tasty. There were breakfasts on nutrition: porridge is different every day, boiled eggs, omelets, sausage, cheeses, meatballs, pancakes, 1 side dish changed (rice, pasta, buckwheat), salads (broccoli, seaweed, beetroot ...), there is a coffee machine.
The location of the hotel is ideal, 1 coastline, the sea shore is pebbly, the hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, of the cons we rested mainly by the indoor pool, for five days we never washed the tiles by the pool, and apparently they do not use a net to clean the pool from various debris and insects. As for the food in the restaurant, the mvngal did not work, and any over-dried and tasteless meat on the grill, large portions are a plus

The maid was very surprised where the cockroaches came from, there had never been any....The administrators even asked her what the outcome was. We called the reception ourselves and began to clarify the resolution of this situation. To which it was suggested to move to another room of the same category...and as a result, no one asked if they were moving or not, the next day there were no offers from the hotel at all! Service -......and the hotel positions itself as 4 stars.

Taking care of the guests' health is cleaning, disinfection, all methods of preventing rotovirus are involved (but a lot depends on the guests themselves, because there is nothing to crack on the street). The first coastline, excellent view, location, near all the variety of vegetation from lavrushka to ancient eucalyptus trees.
A twofold feeling! On the one hand, the staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious. Good, daily cleaning service. We came to this hotel to celebrate the new year 2024. This is not the first or second time in Abkhazia for the New Year, there is something to compare it with.

There is nothing to do in the hotel without them. Of course, I was surprised by the river flowing into the sea, from the hotel there are sewage drains. The sea is certainly dirty, all kinds of decomposition are floating. Well, rotavirus did not bypass the whole family. So, whoever plans to go to Abkhazia, rotavirus is provided.
