It's a disgusting office!!!! You never need to go anywhere with them!!! It takes more than a day to drive from Tolyatti to Donetsk - they put people in a gazelle!!! My elderly relative was driving with his knees under his chin without straightening up! They said they would be picked up from Tolyatti at 14:00. According to the schedule, it's 11:00. The bus left at 13:30. If you hadn't arrived in advance, Grandpa, you would have been late. Although maybe it would be better. All dispatchers are louts! Don't mess with them.

Hello, first of all, I ordered a bus ticket to Moscow for the cost of 3500, they called and told the Mercedes brand number and time, it turned out that a minivan arrived, I had to pay 5000 for the trip, that's not all! There is no place on the trip , you can 't relax sitting , plus we went through Lugansk to pick up the girl , we passed the checkpoint in the Luhansk region , 4 and a half hours ! Upon arrival in Moscow, it was slushy and the driver drove his Mercedes , I had to get up in the mud to pick up my things ! In short, I am not happy with the trip, and I will never go with this carrier again!
