We ordered cat litter through the website, the next day we called back from the store and confirmed the order, we had pickup, we agreed when we would arrive for the order, but upon arrival the product was not found, it was sold!!!! Writing off the failure....
There on the spot, in the store itself, they clarified when the next delivery of this filler would be (they wanted a specific brand, to which the cat was already used), they said that it would be after the weekend. We left contacts for communication. We were assured that they would contact us immediately, that it was just a misunderstanding, BUT there was no call, we never received our order.
I consider this attitude to customers unacceptable, time was spent and as a result I had to urgently look for a filler much more expensive.
