I saw positive reviews on the Internet and decided to buy a fur coat. We offered custom tailoring- sewn from pieces and scraps, 2 sizes larger. The quality is disgusting. They refused to refund the money, offered only a part of the entire amount. This is the first time I've seen such a boorish attitude towards customers. The director is rude to customers. It's a real SCAM. I do not recommend contacting this store
