Excellent hotel, fully matches the description. A quiet area. We were checked in immediately after arrival. We even made a discount in honor of the birthday - it was very nice)) Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. I would like to thank Vera and Denis, as well as Guzel - thank you very much, they told me everything, showed me where and how best to get there (markets, local shops, restaurants). By the way, all the staff here are Russian speakers. According to the location of the hotel: the sea is a 5-minute walk away (the sea is clean, the pebble beach). Within walking distance of a supermarket, a textile store, a gas station (if you are traveling by car as well as we are). Everything is clean in the hotel, as well as in the apartments themselves. The rooms have all the necessary utensils, dishes for 4 people, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine and even a powder for the first time. In general, I recommend it 💯
We stayed at this hotel in a two-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. I would have given this place the highest rating if it hadn't been for the trouble that happened here due to the fault of the hotel.
The first night of our stay there was a downpour. In the morning, we found that our room was flooded through a spot light hole in the ceiling. The table and her husband's MacBook were flooded. The laptop was immediately removed from the puddle, the girl from the reception was called, she and the technician were aware of what had happened.
To be honest, we expected an apology for what happened. Moreover, the hotel has such a good rating and pleasant staff. But then everyone pretended that nothing had happened. No one has found out why the room was flooded. They dissuaded themselves with phrases: "it's strange, this is our first time."
As for the laptop, after two days of drying, it did not turn on. When we asked about compensation, the hotel director said that it was up to the owner to decide, and he was not in Turkey. Then she relayed the owner's response: "no photo confirmations - no talk about compensation." Apparently, the owner does not believe the words of his own employees, does not want to understand what happened, and does not value the reputation of the hotel.
Number 201 can be filled in again. Because the cause of the leak has not been eliminated, and the management does not care about it.
If you decide to stay here, you will meet the friendly attitude of the staff. In words. But in fact, if you have a serious trouble, and even because of the hotel, everyone will prettily pretend that nothing happened. And shift the responsibility. And yet - if your property is damaged, take a photo first, and only then save it.
