Не нравится мне этот банк, сотрудники бывают не очень приятные люди. Что нужно спросить, всегда один ответ. Не знаю от куда вы берёте эту информацию. Мы нечего не можем сделать. Некомпетентность сотрудника приводит к огорчению, и проявляется желание отказаться от таких банков и забыть вообще о них.
