I've visited it a dozen times, mostly currency exchange/card replenishment.
For the whole time, the ATM did not work 1 time, and the thing that issues coupons. But there was a girl standing at the entrance and giving out pre-printed coupons.
The review is addressed more to the company than to potential visitors.
This is the first time in this department, but the impression of it is terrible. Service at the level of a village pub: mess and rudeness. I go to the information desk: "Hello, I would like to put money on the card using the IBAN number, I don't have the card with me." The answer is: "The card can be replenished at the checkout." Usually, in places with good service, the staff delves into the essence of the client's problem and explains everything to him in detail so that no questions remain. Okay, I'll take the voucher with the number: payment cards-> replenishment/withdrawal of funds. By the way, it will be difficult for elderly people to pull out this coupon, because it needs to be torn off with effort. I'm standing with a ticket at an empty cash register, the woman says that I probably went to her, but I didn't take the ticket like that (and which one was needed?). I explained to her what I wanted to do, she asked me to take a coupon for "Currency exchange operations" and approach her. What does currency exchange operations have to do with it?.. The dialogue follows:
- Do you have a credit card?
- Ah, then you need to go to the specialists at those tables, fill out the form and then come to me.
In theory, I should have found out about this not at the checkout, taking a few coupons, but at the very beginning, at the information desk.
I'm waiting for the specialist to be released. One of the employees returned to his workplace, the old number 125 (my ticket 126) is still shining on the scoreboard, I sit down with him. There is a dialogue going on, the young man speaks in a low voice with a clear note of aggression:
- What are you doing? ..
- I would like to fill in...
- What number is on the scoreboard now?.
* I look up at the scoreboard*
- Number 347.
- So what are the questions?
I get up and go to wait further, starting to write this review.
The number 126 is displayed above the next table, a polite girl asks questions to fill out the form and takes me to the cashier, where I finally top up my account. I say thank you and leave without hearing anything in response.
The whole performance took 10 minutes, despite the fact that there was no queue.
In the 21st century, it is not enough to provide services, you need to provide them well, at a height.
The ATM did not work several times. There are often a lot of people and the queue moves extremely slowly. The employees are polite, there are no questions for them
The attitude towards customers is good. The waiting time is short

There are constant queues at the ATM right now 6 people and so constantly , one ATM of alfabank for the entire neighborhood , there used to be two ATMs in this place, why clean it up?!!!
I do not advise legal entities to be serviced here. Waiting in line for at least an hour is the norm.

There is no branch on Rokossovsky 80! There are a lot of people, only one cash register works! And this is in the daytime.

I didn't like it!!! I asked an employee a trivial question today... The answer was on the verge of rudeness (we are all human, but I also communicate with people all day, but I do not allow myself to do this). It was very unpleasant.. I will try not to go there anymore!!!
In general, Alfa is a horror, not a bank. Unfortunately, the client is still here. There is a catch everywhere and an attempt to rip off money.

On the issue of paying tax for a car, they are sent first to the terminal with an EPIP, and then they generally say: "better go to Sberbank across the street to the second floor!"
