I am a client of the bank as an individual. face. After a while, I became disappointed in this bank, as the service became, to put it mildly, not very good. The application is always lagging, funds are not always transferred, they say there are not enough funds, although they are there. There are few ATMs in the city and very often they simply do not work, the situation is similar in Minsk. The service at the bank also leaves much to be desired. After sitting for 30 minutes waiting for my turn at the checkout, it should have already been my turn, it was said in front of my nose that the checkout was closed for lunch and I had to wait another 45 minutes. I had to go to another bank to make a currency exchange operation and return again to the same bank and deposit money into my account through the terminal. After the expiration of the card, I will not be a customer of this bank. I advise you to consider other banks and their offers for individuals.
