The branch is located next to the exit from the subway, the flow of people is large, there is not enough staff for such a flow, so there is always a queue, people are like herrings in a barrel. We didn't organize the work properly. Dislike.

So actually what is the claim: please explain to the staff that it is not worth whispering about the client looking at him and if you know where or who has the forgotten thing, then do not hide it.

Everything is terribly slow, no matter how I go in, there is always one cash register and frenzied queues. It's a complete trash, you wait 40 minutes in line to change the currency.

There are few employees to serve individuals, which is why there are long queues. I was there several times on different days and watched the sluggish queue all the time. I don't know what this is related to: either the stupidity of incoming customers or the slow work of the staff!? Otherwise, everything is not bad: there are sofas, cables for charging phones (apparently they provided for such an expectation of customers), a screen displaying an electronic queue and an audible notification of customers (it's amazing what our blue-eyed one has in working condition), the design of the room is good, polite staff. It's terrible here on Friday, you'd better go any other day!
