It's a great exchanger, but I take off one star for an employee like Inna. She sits forever dissatisfied, according to the stories of her friends, she answers their questions in a rude way. If you don't like working here, does it make sense to sit and be against the mood of others? But I can note that I saw a guy a couple of times (I don't remember his name), a very pleasant and polite young man, but Inna is of course very frustrating

I like alfa-bank for its solutions and service in general. The only drawback is sometimes waiting in line for a long time. But given the development of their online services, this problem is solvable!
