As a result, in order to save time, I just click any number from the suggested ones so that they connect at least with someone and then redirect. As it turned out, the bank does not have a direct phone number to just call and clarify the necessary information.
Arriving at another branch, they told me why you didn't have your card blocked in that branch. I said word for word like that consultant to me, "you withdraw the money and you will be blocked there at the place." This consultant tells me that they blocked it incorrectly and went to clarify what to do.
