I did everything under the guidance of the operator. Even the account number was checked twice. At the end of the month, I receive an SMS about overdue debts and a fine of 10 rubles. For one day of delay. I called back to clarify what was the matter. They said they would sort it out and call me back. A week later, without waiting for a call from them, I dialed them myself. He told me to wait for the call again. Realizing that they were just delaying time, I wrote them a letter. Two weeks later, I received a reply that there was no error in the operator's actions and I put the money into the account. Yes, but this account is not the same. Why did they open two accounts for me for one loan and why didn't the operator tell me about it when I called, I didn't. He handed over the fine and hurried to say goodbye to such a bank.
Whether you need such service or not, decide for yourself. I personally don't want to have any business.
