Coming to this ATM, you will be disappointed… Let's start with the 1st /there are always continuous queues due to the fact that one of the ATMs works every other time 2/having already come some time on a day off or on a weekday, it does not matter! They do not work, card transactions cannot be carried out, money cannot be replenished and withdrawn either.. one ATM for the whole Malinovka from alfa bank, I think you are losing customers in this way🤷🏼 3/ banknotes of 100 rubles issued by us in 2020, the ATM does not accept at all ... and every time he sees a potential visitor to the bank, he stands at a loss why he does not accept.. trying again and again, thus the queue has already settled down to the subway.. 4/ there is rarely anyone in the hall in the bank itself, and they will be able to help with questions, for example, in which window to take a ticket to approach a specialist… I hope they will see my review and finally fix the ATMs, and everyone will live together🫰🏻

I have been a client of Alfa Bank for several years now, their application causes only positive emotions, but visiting the bank itself causes only negativity, there are constantly huge queues with two out of five operating cash desks, and self-service terminals generally work every other time and a couple have to stand in huge queues to replenish their card or resort to other ATMs banks. I would like to believe that Alfa Bank's management will resolve this issue soon and we will no longer have problems replenishing cards and withdrawing cash from them.

Disgusting department... constantly queuing 1 hour ahead. ATMs are constantly not working correctly. Of the 3 pieces, only 1 works. The rest are always in a breakdown or hang up and break before our eyes. The management apparently doesn't care... so many complaints, but nothing changes… There are no other branches around. I'm thinking of switching to another bank because of this.
