The department is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the advantages are over. The staff is on their own wavelength, they are not interested in customers. People are sitting in line, waiting, they will accept, and then they exchange hi-haha for another 5 minutes between each client. It seems like only the cash register is working, apparently the rest also need to be seated like at school, so that they discuss their business less.

Hello, the ticket office is open until 16.00. I took the ticket at 3:30 p.m. and didn't get through until 4 p.m. in 30 minutes!!!! It's an outrage! There is also only one cash register and it serves both individuals and legal entities. Get ready for a long wait in line. I was in the queue for an individual payment for more than 40 minutes.

To make one payment, you need to stand in two queues, first to a specialist to dial the payment card, then to the cashier! Specialists in working with lawyers, physicists do not accept, and it turns out that someone has none of the clients, and someone has a queue!!! Super service - everything for people!!! Payment for the voucher took more than an hour!!! And voila - the payment was not made, because the banking day has passed!!! The bank manager is not in place!

Please add another specialist for working with individuals. I put two stars instead of one only for the speed of the cashier and the overall politeness of the staff.
