It was necessary to issue a salary card. I've read reviews on the Internet that there are long queues and incompetent service. As a result, I arrived at 11:00 on Friday, there are no people, everything was quickly arranged, everything is explained well, politely and intelligibly. Left a pleasant impression ♥️

The branch is in a convenient location. But there are almost always very long queues and 1-2 employees work.

The service in this branch does not meet Alfa-Bank standards at all.
In the only bank branch in the city, which is open on Saturday, only one cash register is open for currency exchange operations. We stood in line for almost an hour to withdraw the pre-ordered money(!)
The bank is full, people in the queue complain and swear. You work for people!
It is probably worth reviewing the opening hours of the ticket offices, given the large number of visitors and operations at the checkout.
