It was necessary to issue a salary card. I've read reviews on the Internet that there are long queues and incompetent service. As a result, I arrived at 11:00 on Friday, there are no people, everything was quickly arranged, everything is explained well, politely and intelligibly. Left a pleasant impression ♥️

I like the bank, but the work of the bank's point is not. Small room, huge queues. If the queue is long, then people sit on each other's heads. The employees are not bad, they will tell you everything, explain it in an accessible way. They also react well in a stressful situation. There was a situation where two men did not behave very well with a bank employee, insulted and humiliated a woman. People who tried to protect the woman also succumbed to aggression. The bank employee did not fall on her face, and she held on with dignity!
It's disgusting, there are only two cash registers and two do not work at the same time, Alfabank set up a schedule of cash registers so that at least one would work.

We came to get a ready-made card, we have been waiting for an hour and a half, people who came much later than us have already passed. Guys, this is a very bad job. Getting a ready-made card is 3 minutes of your employee's work, but there are a minimum of people waiting in line. It's terrible, I don't advise anyone to contact. If you plan to receive a card, it is better to pick it up at the branches in Minsk.

I like that having a card of this bank, you can get into it after closing (access only to an ATM) It is a small privilege to withdraw money or replenish a card account, so to speak.
