Natural game, a bank full of people, one cash register works, it's a waste of time to come here, since it takes at least 2 hours to change money, a branch in which there is always a queue in no other way, at least I've always been packed with how many times, so not once have I changed money or payments here I paid, people take a ticket in the hope that the queue will move, but then they see how one person is served for 20-30 minutes and stupidly leave!!!!!

I have never seen such a bad attitude anywhere.The staff is not competent.They do not understand what they are saying and create problems out of the blue.
