I came to the bank to make an account and a card for work. When I got to the terminal, I didn't quite understand what I had to press. I decided to ask the employee that I was sitting on the couch in the middle of the hall and was looking at something on the phone non-stop. I asked him about my problem, to which he replied without looking up from the phone: "You need to select the service you are interested in in the terminal."
When I asked what exactly I needed to click, I got a very interesting answer: "Well, look there, I don't remember." And he also continued to look at something on the phone. The question is, what is the point of paying an employee for work that he does not do? Or is he just there for show?

While in the Belarusbank branch it costs 2 rubles.. something seems to me that something is wrong with alfabank.

The bank has not bothered to call and report the overpayment for more than 10 days. We found out about the overpayment purely by accident by going to the bank. From all this, the question arises, does the bank earn a lot from overpayments that it does not even inform its customers about?!
