I would like to thank Alfa-Bank for their attentive and human attitude. It is always nice when the bank does not just follow the instructions, but tries to understand the client and help.
The service is at a high level, the staff are polite and competent — you want to deal with them.
My disappointment about this bank was mistaken and did not last long (before the feedback)
This is not the first time that I have made sure that I have chosen a reliable bank. Where they really care about their customers and their rating in their eyes.

A great bank, starting from A to Z! Qualified specialists, service at the level of any type of client, comfortable and cozy in the bank. Of the minuses, there is no normal full-fledged parking, but despite this, the bank's management allows you to leave your car near the building, thank you for that of course!
And yet, the waiting time is the only bank where you don'T sit in line for a long time, bravo to the bank staff! All the best!

I have been a client of Alfa Bank for a long time. I always applied to the branch on Sovetskaya Street in Gomel. Excellent service, responsive and competent staff. They will always solve any issue. I don't understand negative comments - approach any specialist quickly and clearly.
