I love Alfa Bank very much. Two years ago, it was necessary to pay for tickets online to the Catherine Palace in Pushkin. It was already late when the payment was transferred from Belarus Bank to Alfa-Bank's account. Tickets were redeemed at night as soon as the reservation was opened. And we don't have enough money in the Alfa Bank account. We call the support service at one o'clock in the morning and the money is credited to us at ONE o'CLOCK in the MORNING at our request. The situation was very sensitive, the tickets were for a group of tourists for 100 people for the May holidays in St. Petersburg.
