I will not say that the treatment was always chosen correctly, but, nevertheless, the situations were partially solved, and based on this, it was possible to further select treatment regimens and complete them safely. The attitude has always been very good and attentive, which I appreciate in the service sector. However, several recent cases have not been distinguished for the better.
We came to the clinic with a neglected situation due to improper treatment and an incorrect diagnosis by another clinic and doctors. I have no complaints about the clinic here. At the examination, the therapist said that there was a last chance to leave the pet in the hospital. Unfortunately, there were no chances, but there is always hope for a miracle, which rarely happens. I hoped for this and left the pet in the hospital overnight. However, in the morning Tsegelskaya O.I. called back and said that the situation was critical and it was better to euthanize.
We immediately came to the clinic. I want to emphasize that O.I. had a dismissive expression on his face. It was difficult to react to this, as she spoke politely enough, but then the situation developed differently. We have clarified all the nuances in order to understand what has been done and what has not been done, since recently we ourselves rescued the animal from a seemingly hopeless situation. Of course, I was not satisfied with all the answers; for example, the cat screamed all night in pain, and he had to be given painkillers. I understood that he was screaming because he was alone, because nothing like this had happened at home before, but at the clinic he immediately began to meow if I left for clarification, and at that time he remained in the carrier. Instead of calling me even at night (we agreed that they could call at any time) so that I would come, O.I. drugged him, and they made claims to me that he was in pain.
If the doctor does not know how to make diagnoses, let him read the necessary literature and undergo additional training, which she clearly lacks, rather than sucking them out of her finger and then making claims.
What happened next? It's time to say goodbye. The doctor said that we should hurry, as she has a lot to do. But she didn't give us a memorial service, and we didn't need her help anymore. Why the hell was she rushing me?! She saw that I was in tears and unable to rationally resolve serious issues. If she has so many things to do, she could do them. My cat was lying in a separate stall, for which I paid twice as much; I didn't bother anyone and stood next to him.
As I have already explained, I could not make rational decisions. I hurriedly said goodbye to the cat, and that was the end of it. She said to wait outside the door — they'll take him out. It was brought to me in a box. Then I had to stand in line for about 20 minutes in tears with a box in my hands to pay. This is no longer a claim, but a reasoning about a purely human attitude, which does not exist, a moment that I did not pay attention to while in the situation, but noticed after writing this review: could the clinic administration or even O.I. not see the situation and accept payment earlier. I want to add to the moment that I was not some kind of inconspicuous, standing on the sidelines; the whole queue was staring at me, at me and at the box. One woman in the queue with her cat looked at me with disgust and fear — it looks like she was afraid for her pet. It all looked like some kind of mockery of clients in a clinic with a "high level of service." By the way, the administrator thought it was wrong — I overpaid twice. After that, they called me back and informed me about this incident; the money was returned, but I had checks with full treatment, I would have discovered everything myself later. But the fact itself: knowing the whole situation, there is still a question with money, which then again has to be solved.
Conclusion: the pet was not allowed to say goodbye and was accused indiscriminately of the situation; a rude disdainful attitude manifested itself in a difficult situation. And all this happened in a clinic that positions itself as a clinic with a high level of service; many questions arise.
Excellent clinic. I brought a kitten I found on the road. They served almost without waiting in line. We have advised a lot, we have done a lot. I recommend it!

Closer to the point, they said it was necessary to take a picture under sedation, prescribed an anesthetic and began to insist on a trace record, but that would be all right, but they did not give the recommendations that must be followed, they did not say that it was necessary on an empty stomach, as a result, they came to another clinic once, we were refused sedation, since the cat had recently eaten Money is wasted, we just went to the doctor once again. A huge disadvantage of alpha vet is that they did not give a recommendation on how to prepare for the next session. The dog had a breast tumor, which she basically lived with for a long time. The doctor also said that the lungs were bruised (and what this means is unclear) and there are heart problems. The dog was not feeling well at the time of the examination. They asked for advice on treatment and maintaining her health as much as possible. Reshetnyak prescribed treatment - two medications. One is human, the other is canine. Then came the tests, which were good. The doctor called back and said, with such tests, you still have to live and live. The dog felt better for 3 days, but after taking the previcox medication on Friday, after half an hour, the dog stopped standing on his left front paw. On Saturday morning they took me back to Reshetnyak. I just got a painkiller injection. I didn't even listen!!!!! Moreover, he wrote about the lungs in the card himself!!!! Of course, I've already ripped off the money. He promised to call in the evening and ironically did not call. By evening, the dog began to suffocate, and immediately we went back to alphavet. We waited for the reception at night, when no one was there, for half an hour! Another doctor listened and said - the dog has pulmonary edema. They took him on a ventilator, and the dog died an hour later. As a result, 200 rubles were paid for the box with the corpse. My opinion is that the clinic finished off the dog without making the right diagnosis, without prescribing the right treatment. It is extremely unclear what she was treated for. Doctors are negligent, not professionals!!!! Do not drive to this place if your pets are dear to you!!!!!

For the first time at night, the doctor did an ultrasound on the floor, because I could not lift my 50 kg dog on the table. Then there were injections.
This January, I rushed in during the day - the dog was already having trouble breathing. We examined him immediately, despite the queue in the corridor, took an X-ray just in case (they helped me lift him onto the table, although lifting would have been better, of course), I had to pump out the contents of my stomach under sedation, but everything was done, after a few hours the psyn calmly went home, now everything is fine. Thanks to the staff, especially to the young doctor Gleb Berezuev!
So-so. Callousness and indifference. The puppy died in my arms in their waiting room. Perhaps there was no help for him anymore, and I don't blame anyone. But I didn't like the attitude very much.

I applied to this clinic on the night of 18.02. The sleepy administrator wrote down the data absolutely unhurriedly and said that the doctor would be right there. The doctor, Bolmatova A.M., was no less dissatisfied with our visit, did not try to examine my dog, did not do an ultrasound and refused to administer an emetic, which was necessary to avoid endoscopic extraction and surgery. We were also offered an endoscopic extraction only in the evening due to the lack of a specialist.

Посоветовали эту клинику знакомые, когда обзавелся котёнком. Первые разы все было нормально- простые процедуры прошли хорошо (вакцинация, осмотры и тп). Но вот когда случай стал сложным... У кота начался гингивит. Долго не проходил, я мазал всякими мазями, но тщетно. Десны были не просто красными, а кровоточили. Пришел в АльфаВет к стоматологу. Она осмотрела, отправила на ПЦР и прописала Орозим от зубного налета. Сказала, что если ПЦР ничего не покажет, то мажьте и все пройдет. ПЦР был отрицательный, я мазал месяц, но толку было ноль. Шла кровь. И тут случайно услышал, что при такой же проблеме помогал антибиотик. Я купил Амоксиклав и, о чудо, через три дня десны прошли!! Год страданий кота и три дня антибиотика. А мог бы продолжать мазать дальше абсолютно бестолковыми кремами по рекомендациями врача этой клиники. Когда обратился с прививкой сюда и рассказал об этом, то мне сказали "ну этот стоматолог у нас больше не работает и она уехала". Отличный аргумент, что же. В общем, сейчас осталось немного красноты на задних зуьах, но с этим я пойду в другую клинику. И со всем остальным, раз у них так е врачи и такое отношение. А то вдруг попаду на очередного увольняющегося.
ПС. Кстати, когда брали кровь на ПЦР (который вобще не нужен был, а стоит 50 баксов. А нужно было клинический анализ крови), то брали ее какие то студенты, вдвоем ходили консультироваться как делать, потому что не могли найти вену (неожиданно шерсть мешала!), и было видно, что ребята неопытные. Никакого контроля более опытного врача не было. Не стал скандалить, потому что в итоге справились. Но выводы для себя сделал. Прививку тоже делает не врач, а неопытная медсестра . Больше сюда не пойду, хотя очень удобно расположена от дома, а деньги на любимом животном не экономлю. Но кот- это самое близкое мне существо и доверять его им не хочу и вам не советую.

Медсестры тут в большинстве своём не опытные, поставить катетер первого раза это навряд ли. Ночью действует "особый тариф", но в случае если нужна помощь - один доктор и очередь на 2,5 часа. В общем, лет пять назад, было очень даже здорово. Сейчас - ни ногой!

Either an infection was introduced, or something remained in the wound. And in the first couple of weeks, everything was fine, except for inflamed lymph nodes. But then the situation began to deteriorate, the smell began to appear from the dog's mouth again and pus with blood began to flow. In addition, purulent ulcers began to form on his back.
I was so glad when I saw that Meleshcheva's head physician is an endocrinologist (and the dog has huge lymph nodes), a dermatologist (ulcers), and a dentist. And I also read the laudatory reviews. And I trusted the doctor completely.
As a result, we spent almost the entire summer on vague, sluggish treatment: half a pill of an antibiotic, then half a pill of hormonal drugs. With each appointment, a new diagnosis was made (including allergic cheilitis, which is actually an allergy to constant contact with an allergen and had nothing to do with my dog), the dog's condition worsened. The lymph nodes did not decrease. At every appointment, I noticed that pus flows from the right side of the upper jaw, where the tooth was removed. But bp. Meleshcheva looked at healthy teeth cleaned by ultrasound during surgery for a second and said that everything was fine there. The dog was already in a very bad condition. Trust in the doctor was disappearing. As a result, Ms. Meleshcheva decided to absolve herself of responsibility and sent her to an oncologist because of lymph nodes with suspected cancer. Although Dr. Vasiltsov took cytology samples at the first appointment and the result (negative) was ready very quickly. And doctors from other clinics have already explained that it was necessary to find the source of the infection and carry out more "aggressive" antibiotic therapy in early summer. And the pus has already begun to fill the right eye (see bp.Kukushkina said that he came across a stick, although the dog was no longer even taken outside) and a "ball" inflated near one of the lymph nodes on the right.
Another clinic prescribed bicillin and dexamethasone injections, but the devil pulled me back to Alphavet. V. Vasiltsov canceled everything. He complained that he earns 80 rubles a week (the grandson with whom we were at the reception was shocked by the doctor's behavior). No one paid attention to the fact that I kept showing where the pus and blood were coming from. The dog's organs began to fail, the eye burst (just sprayed with a jet). Pus was pouring from everywhere.
On October 8, the dog died.
Yes, this is a well-equipped clinic and everyone around you is smiling politely. But all these smiles and depreciation of equipment will be included in a huge bill, and no one is responsible for the torment and death of an incredible pet of the whole family.

К сожалению, не могу порекомендовать больше данную клинику: в результате ошибочно поставленного диагноза умер наш любимый друг - маламут. В возрасте 6 лет.
1. Узист, работавшая в филиале на Карастояновой 4 июля во вторую смену (к сожалению ФИО я не запомнила) отказала нам в приеме из-за габаритов собаки. К сожалению, я не смогла поднять собаку в 43 кг в одиночку на смотровой стол. Персонал клиники не оказал никакой помощи. Ни администратор ни сайт клиники не указывают на то, что стоимость УЗИ не включает фиксацию больного животного. Как на счет регулируемых смотровых столов, администрация? Цена вопроса - 700 USD.
2. Узист Фрейнд Наталья Анатольевна 5.07.2023, основываясь на собственных умозаключениях, а не диагнозе, после первичного осмотра и процедуры УЗИ среди всего упомянула «возможно вам нужно будет даже отпустить вашего питомца». За два приема и оплаченных процедуры УЗИ она так ничего и не увидела на экране. Абсолютно бездушный в общении «специалист», у которого информацию приходилось вытаскивать клешнями. Я не понимаю, каким образом в частных учреждениях держат таких «абыякавых» специалистов.
3. Старший врач клиники Игнатович Екатерина Владимировна, осуществлявшая процедуру УЗИ в третий раз, в отличие от Фрейнд увидела «что-то» на УЗИ. Даже сделала предположение, послужившее основанием для выставленного ошибочного диагноза. Но на вопрос «что же нам делать с этим всем», ответила что-то вроде «ничего. давать таблетки. он же не умирает». Умер, Екатерина Владимировна. Из-за отсутствия интереса копнуть поглубже. Хорошо, что намекнуть о том, что вы старший врач клиники вы не забыли.
4. и.о. Гецман Павел Владимирович - самый адекватно общающийся специалист, но доверился тому, что написала Игнатович. Сложилось впечатление, что он разрывается между клиентами. И у него просто не хватает времени сосредоточится на вопросе.
Ни один из вышеупомянутых специалистов не соизволил померять температуру животному, несмотря на указанные нами симптомы и сопутствующие события (перенесенную ранее операцию). А у собаки была температура 41 и всё это время пробит кишечник.
Почему никто не направил нас на рентген, который так расхваливается в профиле инстаграм клиники??
Ассоциации с этой клиникой теперь самые ужасные. Несмотря на длительные взаимоотношения и положительный опыт в прошлом, с Альфавет мы потеряли драгоценное время и нашего самого дорогого Друга.
Не рекомендую эту клинику! Позвонил, спросил цену по телефону на анализ крови у собаки на прогестерон, сказали 48р, по факту выставили куда большую сумму 73р. Взять кровь нормально не смогли (троем) студенты наверное, порода к слову йорк, попробовали с одной лапы, потом решили взять со второй, и конечно выставили в счёт всех инструментов по два (бинты, шприцы и тд) на мой вопрос почему я должен платить за другой комплект материалов по вине некомпетентных ветеринаров которые не умеют взять кровь у собаки, ответили что так бывает и все. Делаю такие анализы минимум два раза в год, но такого не встречал ни где + для Расшифровки, надо записаться на платную консультацию, абсурд. Ни в одной ветклинике тонкого не встречал. Даже в госветстанциях куда все лучше, а этот анализ сделать у них золотым получается. Обращался три раза и два раза одно и тоже с оплатой, узи делали лишнего не выставили. Не пошёл бы к ним но надо именно сегодня и близко к дому. Не рекомендую от слова совсем!!! есть много других адекватных клиник, у которых и цена и качество соответствует заявленным. В целом врачи может и не плохие, но к сожалению мне они не попались

We were at the orthopedist. Excellent advice. I explained everything, practically gave a lecture about people and dogs. No imposed services, the reception is exactly at the time that is scheduled. When will this poorhouse with non-professional employees be closed? If your pets are dear to you, then never contact this hospital.They brought the dog to do an ultrasound, not only was the doctor late for the appointment, then the device hung up and finally all he saw there were fat layers, and our pet died of cancer. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!!! You can't leave a review without stars, but you didn't deserve one either
31 декабря в 19:30, когда все уже накрывали на стол и готовились к празднованию - мы (я и мама) вместе с нашим любимчиком - песиком Тотошкой оказались в данной клинике. Наш питомиц задыхался, изо рта шла пена, начались судороги - дорога на такси до клиники нам показалась вечностью, хотя заняла 15 мин (нервы были на пределе).
Нас встретили очень приятные и вежливые девушки на ресепшене. Буквально, в течение 3 минут к нам подошел врач, чтобы оценить состояние питомца и необходимость оказания неотложной помощи (и это не смотря на полную загруженность - к большому сожаление, в этот день столько животных нуждались в срочной помощи). После, маму с Тотошей сопроводили в процедурную, где песик дышал кислородом (ему стало гораздо легче). Сделали уколы, выписали лечение. Причину произошедшего и диагноз определили моментально.
Неземной поклон всем, кто принимал участие в спасении нашего члена семьи.❤️Вы - ангелы на этой земле для тех, кого мы любим всей душой!🥹
Приятно шокировала сумма оказанных услуг - 39BYN (1000 российских рублей). В Москве бы пришлось заплатить, минимум, в 15 раз больше (я не преувеличиваю - хорошо знаю, о чем говорю).
Забыла про главное . . . Не смотря на то, что в интернете выдало внушительный список круглосуточных ветеринарных клиник в Минске, «Альфа-Вет» - единственные, кто реально работали 31.12.

Врачи ставят абсолютно разные диагнозы по одной и той же жалобе и не понятно, что делать и куда идти.
Мопс, девочка, 2 года. Пришли на прием с хромотой на одну лапу, поставили диагноз - папиллома между пальчиков, которую надо удалить. Пришли в назначенный день на удаление, а врач отказался делать операцию и сказал, что это вообще из-за аллергии и грибка, хотя на предыдущем приеме ничего такого никто не говорил. Потратили около 200 рублей на консультации и анализы, а в итоге так и не понятно, в чем проблема и как ее лечить :/
