We go to this pharmacy all the time. Despite the high prices. We came to buy some medicines. There was a large bill, and the medicine cost about 5-7 rubles. We honestly told her that we needed the medicine, but even so we would have changed the bill. The pharmacist replied that it was not allowed, it was disrespectful. Owners of Alfa pharmacy, I didn't just come and ask you to change the bill - we bought a drug from you and received the change. Why does a pharmacist (a gray-haired woman with glasses) allow himself to evaluate how and what to do? This is not the first time we have encountered her arrogance. There are no questions about the remaining employees - everyone is wonderful.
