Cleanliness, order, courteous staff and convenient location of the hotel. A variety of products for breakfast, breakfast is 15 euros. Standard room equipment: slippers, self-care products, bathrobe (waffle, warm, special thanks from kinesthete for this:), hair dryer, safe, water for free. The room is cleaned every day, maintained clean and pleasant atmosphere. I felt at home and even better :) in general, a decent choice to stay in Kiev.

The only negative is that the walls between the rooms are very thin. We stayed at 318, a couple of rednecks came to our right at night (sorry, I can't think of any other way to call such people). The woman from this couple screamed obscenities so that her hair stood on end. In general, at first the couple had a scandal, then reconciliation through the bed - you can hear everything, as if they were engaged in the next bed. The mobile phone in the next room is ringing - just like in your room. So the walls between the rooms were cheaper. And so, otherwise, it is quite a decent European-level hotel. Clean, cozy, gorgeous elevators. The rooms were really cleaned, linen and soap accessories were changed. I was pleasantly surprised by the free coffee in the hallway in the morning. Pleasant and courteous staff. Thanks to the girl at the reception: at 12 o'clock we had an eviction, and we were not in our room. Literally at 12:03 we arrived, and the door was already blocked. We went to the reception, I thought I would have to pay for another day. But the girl unlocked the door and we took our things for free. Thanks again for understanding! The metro is literally three minutes away. There is a supermarket nearby, restaurants within walking distance. The location is excellent.

Nice hotel. Breakfast , service , spacious rooms, by the way, room service is also excellent - you can have dinner at any time at night. I recommend. Yes, and the location is excellent: it is convenient to get to all points in the city , and to the airport .
