We had a family vacation from 19.10 to 01.11.2024. An excellent five-star hotel. Most of all, I liked the huge territory, which is surrounded by greenery. Due to the variety of the landscape and plants, it feels like you are living in a real botanical garden. When it gets dark, thanks to the low-level spot lighting of the tracks and the lighting of the buildings, a feeling of a magical forest is created.
Excellent food for 5+ in terms of variety and quality of dishes. There are many meat and fish options, and beef tenderloin steaks were served almost daily for dinner.
On the beach there is a system of unlimited supply of drinks (including a large number of alcoholic cocktails, beer, spirits) to the selected sunbed.
Gorgeous wide beach, soft sand. A cool water park with 5 large slides.
One of the minor disadvantages is the lack of beverage delivery points (in the case of coffee machines) in free access. Only the waiter brings drinks to the table. Due to the large turnover of tables and the flow of guests, the load on each waiter is large, who must set the table (tablecloth and cutlery), bring drinks, pick up dirty dishes. Because of this, multiple minor errors occur with the service - they forget to bring something or you wait a long time.
Also, the room cleaning was not always attentive, they could take away the replacement slippers and not put new ones.

We had a rest in October 2024 with a large family with children of different ages. The food is excellent, varied - for every taste, for small children you can collect boiled meat, vegetables and ask them to beat with a blender. The territory is gorgeous, large, a lot of greenery! The beach is sandy, the sea is shallow at first, it is convenient for small children. There are a lot of buildings for living, some are far from the beach and the main restaurant, but who likes to walk is not a problem. We had a 5-optimal location. The rooms are good, the style is Oriental classics, of course for an amateur) the cleaning is good, even with humor, they made all sorts of chubriks out of towels)) There are plenty of sports. There are a lot of things for children, and a mini club, and sports, and disco, and a club for teenagers: computer / board games. The entertainment program is also great! I liked everything!
Of the cons: very cold pools, there was no heating. Well, sometimes I had to wait a long time for tea / coffee / juice, I think because of the download. So the whole staff is very helpful, friendly, always helped to solve some issues!

Great hotel 🏨 The food is at the highest level, delicious and the variety is such that you don't know what to eat)) the service, the staff, the atmosphere are very pleasant, the big beach, the clear sea! There are a lot of greenery on the territory, and many more cats! There are tennis courts, a water park, swimming pools! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day!
The only thing that is a paid gym, this is the first time I came across it in such a luxury 5! But the overall rating is 5 stars, anyway!

Great. We have rested here many times. The main thing is to settle in the buildings in the middle. It's noisy at the entrance and the water park at night and it's a long way to go to the beach, and near the restaurant it's also noisy from the climatic settings of the neighboring hotel. The beach is the best for children and adults too. There are always enough places for everyone. Fruits are piled up and even brought to the beach around 15-16 hours. Everything is super decent.

A very pleasant hotel. I liked the green area the most: pine trees, orange trees, flowers along the paths, all buildings are surrounded by mature trees. It reminded me of the Maldives, only paved with tiles. Excellent varied food for every taste, including a lot for children. The beach is sandy, but unlike Belek, the water is clear, apparently the sand fraction is different. I definitely recommend it!

The best hotel we've been to. Everything is perfect here, except the reception)))).
We were even scared when we came in. A very small room for hotel reception. And this is probably the only disadvantage.
The most gorgeous territory. There is not so much greenery and flowers in any hotel. Mind-blowing beauty!!!!
Houses in the style of old Turkey. Very atmospheric. Shady streets where you can hide from the sun.
There are a lot of vacationers, but you don't notice it. Because there are a lot of different interesting places where people relax. Bars, cafes where you can order food from the menu. a coffee shop where they bake pancakes and waffles. There are also very tasty potatoes with different fillings.
The food in the main restaurant is excellent and varied. Even gourmets can pamper themselves.
Fruits : apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, pineapples, watermelons and melons.
The nuts are very tasty. And what huge dates they were, just delicious. Excellent dried apricots, raisins, figs.
There's just a lot of ice cream!!!!
There are enough pools for everyone.
The sea was beautiful. We have been vacationing since July 28th.
The evening shows are good.
This is still the only hotel where you want to return.

The three of us had a rest with a small child. In general, we were very satisfied with the rest. The hotel is perfect for families with children. The biggest advantage, in my opinion, is just a huge number of trees and all possible greenery. Everywhere you can find shade and hide from the heat. The service in the dining room leaves much to be desired. I'm not lowering my rating! Thanks for the rest!

The hotel is for pensioners and families with children. If you need evening entertainment and shows, you are not here.
The territory is average, poorly maintained, there are no decent lawns, only bald spots, trees and bushes are planted so close that it feels like you are in an impenetrable jungle. Everywhere there is dry grass, fir needles, dry branches. And when it's dark, it's not clear where you are at all, there are practically no lanterns, no lighting, what kind of dresses and heels are there for the evening promenade?! I wouldn't break my leg.
The food at the hotel is excellent, the rooms are gorgeous, we had a two-room with two bathrooms. The furniture is beautiful, new towels, a coffee machine in the room, an excellent mini-bar. Cleaning without complaints, everything is perfect.
The best thing here is the beach. Not a stone! Clean, large, comfortable umbrellas and decent deck chairs. The entrance to the water is magnificent, you walk twenty meters, and everything is waist-deep water. Therefore, no one interferes with each other, children do not splash a meter from the coastline. Towels according to the cards, this is very inconvenient, in my opinion. All decent hotels have long since abandoned this system.
The hotel has a very unfriendly staff, the service in the restaurant and bars leaves much to be desired, you will not get coffee in the morning, drinks at lunch and in the evening.
After dinner, just sleep, the hotel is so dark that you can get lost in this jungle. There is no entertainment. Here you can eat well, sunbathe and swim and sleep for 12 hours. Sa-na-to-ri!
In June, we visited Gyural Premier Belek. We paid 1230000 rubles in 14 days, so every ruble was not spent in vain. There are 980000 rubles for 11 days. But this hotel is not worth that much money. If they ask me if I will return to Ali Bay, then definitely not. Maybe at the age of 70....

The food is ordinary, very greasy. There are vegetables/herbs. Some fruits are oak-colored, it is unclear why they are laid out at all. There is meat/fish. The staff is attentive. The lights may be turned off frequently in the rooms, and the room's cleaning is superficial. Of course, if you left something small on the bed, you won't find it later. My husband had headphones on his pillow, one earphone fell off, and they couldn't find it. If you leave your things at the spa, they won't give you anything without a fight, they'll say they didn't find anything.

The hotel is nice, but there are few activities. I think it's because I arrived at the end of the season. I'm pretty sure there will be a lot of traffic there at the height of the season. The beach is good, there is beach volleyball, padel and lawn tennis (table tennis is also available). The food is good, the choice is great. There are several bars. There is a snack bar near the beach, where the food is better than in the main restaurant.

The hotel is decent! Green well-groomed territory, beautiful rooms, the administration is attentive to every guest, compliments are brought to the room, in the evening they come down the curtains, a variety of delicious food and alcohol, and how many sweets...the beach and the entrance to the sea are excellent, the administration is fighting with those who occupy sun beds and do not appear for half a day-that's right! There is a cool 18+ pool, a quiet place. The evening program is varied and interesting. I really want to come back to this hotel again!

July 27, 2023 arrived like 2 days ago! For a hotel for two for 10 nights, 480t was given without a flight. The hotel does not pull for 5, it is very modest. It feels like I've come to the Sochi sanatorium. There are many buildings, everything is green, you can get lost. Among the advantages: very tasty food, the refrigerator (cola, fanta, wine, water) is replenished every day, for free. You can eat in the main restaurant and on the beach, a couple more steams, cocktails and desserts. There are few people on the beach, there are a lot of free people on the sunbed! Sun beds are always occupied near the pool, apparently they have been occupied since 6 am. Animation for kids at 0, we played a little by the pool in the afternoon. In the evening there is a small concert in the amphitheater. Not for adults at all. After the children's concert, everyone gathers on the lawn and bar and drinks cocktails, up to 23, then goes to bed. There is nothing else here. There are no hookahs. Some kind of recreation areas too. Only wicker chairs with a table by the bar. To say that it's boring is to say nothing! A dead hotel. The rooms are very ordinary. I live in a building with a spa and fitness center. The spa has an amazing massage, 90€ per person.and a disco is also announced. That's just a laugh, the room looks like a former pub, where music is playing and no one is there.

We are having a rest in May 2023. A so-so hotel and very boring. The main advantage is the green area. Good cuisine, but monotonous. Broken dishes are often found at the distribution, once a broken glass with juice was brought to the child. Wi-Fi is good, it catches almost everywhere. They clean well. The beach is dirty, everything that washed up from the sea remains on the beach, is not cleaned. The water park was moved and reduced by 2 times, a total of 5 monotonous slides, a small children's complex. Animation... there is no adult animation from the word at all. Children's anamation is very weak, there are board games and a TV in the children's club, once or twice a day there are events for 30-40 minutes. Mini disco... not for children, very complex movements and change very often, an adult will not repeat it. In short, a hotel for retirement holidays. The air, the greenery, very cool.

We rested at the hotel in April 2022, we were in it for the first time. I liked everything very much, beautiful, clean rooms, a stunning well-kept garden, I was pleased every day with incredible freshness and aromas. A good kids club, the kid didn't want to leave. The food is at a very decent level. The choice of dishes, the quality, the taste - everything is great!
The staff is polite and pleasant. Excellent waiters and animators.
Heated pools.
In short, the hotel is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

We returned from the hotel yesterday and rested from 05/28 to 4 o62023! The attitude is twofold! 4 children of 3 years old with their mother and two parents had a rest! I'll start with the main thing, they asked to settle where they quietly settled in room 1243! The windows faced the sea and, most importantly, the restaurant hood, which was always noisy! They did not change, they were tired and the child was asleep, but it was already a minus! It's just that there is no children's animation. A child who is not 3 years old told me not to like the yellow uncle of the presenter! I won't say much about the evening shows, they were 2 times not impressed at all! Where is the contact with vacationing animators, they simply do not exist! In many hotels, vacationers knew them by sight, they joked somehow entertained people, of course a lot of older people, but also young people, this is not a pension for pensioners! Pros the sea, the beach, the food, the staff, but I would also like to relax! We will definitely not go 2 times and I will not recommend it!

A gorgeous, clean sea, with a sandy beach where turtle eggs are laid by a Carriage-Carriage. All masonry is taken into account by environmentalists and protected! So, if you're lucky, you'll be able to see baby turtles coming into the world.

There are a lot of fruits, but all are delicious!

The only evening that corresponded to the theme was Turkish night. On other days, it would be better to invite professional specialized teams, as the nearby Voyage sorgun hotel does.
And the most trash is the so-called "show" - a musical quiz.
Take him out of the program and take a day off rather than embarrass yourself so badly.
Almost everywhere animators come to night parties and try to at least create the appearance of a party, but here it is obvious that this is not spelled out in contact. I danced alone at the disco. Excellent cardio after dinner. Let me remind you that I do not drink on vacation and dancing alone is not associated with alcohol)

Well, for me personally, a terrible disadvantage is wearing masks in the main restaurant, although for some it may be a virtue.
The hotel is European, the contingent is mainly Europe, there are also CIS countries and Turks themselves. The vacationers are very intelligent.
P.S. I cannot assess the quality of alcohol, as I wrote above, I did not drink, but I saw that the cocktails were ordered differently, beautifully decorated. Crayfish, vodka, whiskey, white and red wine, beer - everything is available. If you book the Ultra-all inclusive system, then the entire foreign range of alcohol is added.
P.S. 2. I would like to mention the disgusting service of the Tui company this year. This applies to both the transfer and the work of the hotel guide.
PS 3. For me, in any case, the rest was magical...And I was able to really relax! And that's the main thing)

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday! A very beautiful green area, surrounded by greenery and flowers! Very quiet and very clean! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, numerous swimming pools, a children's and adult water park, sports grounds for every taste: from basketball and volleyball, to golf and archery, there is a gym and a spa area, there is a children's club where children enjoyed spending time. I really liked the evening 30-minute performances in a small amphitheater on the territory! The food is excellent, varied! There is also a children's table, there is vegetarian cuisine, local cuisine and European, seafood is delicious. There are small cafes throughout the territory: on the beach, by the pools, at the water park. There is also a special adult large swimming pool, where children are not allowed to enter. The hotel has all conditions for recreation for the disabled and families with strollers. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is quite gentle for children, but it is not shallow, as in Anapa, for example. We didn't notice any special attitude towards Russians, all the staff is friendly and polite! I really liked this hotel, we recommend you to relax!

Excellent hotel service. The room was provided early in the morning , and even the categories above . The territory is fabulously beautiful . The service is excellent. During the pandemic , everything was handled very carefully , and the care of vacationers was visible . We had a rest during the autumn holidays, the pool was fabulously warm. The children really enjoyed walking in the kids' club. Everyone responded to requests very quickly and friendly. I think that next November we will return to Alibey again.

A terrible hotel, complete unsanitary conditions, people spend their holidays in the hospital under a drip after you! Rooms are not cleaned (only towels are replaced), dirty dishes are in restaurants, food costs for weeks (it is simply transferred to different dishes, and with hands), alcohol is either the cheapest or paid, there are very few sun loungers, but there are paid 120 € per day.
This is the worst hotel in Turkey! Good reviews apparently you write to yourself.

Excellent hotel service, good room cleaning, quick and clear response of the hotel administration to any requests from guests, always and in all cafes and restaurants of the hotel very fresh and high-quality food. The beach and the sea are really very clean and the beach is cleaned every morning, so it's not for nothing that the hotel got the blue flag. The hotel grounds are super well maintained and very green. The evening animation is the most interesting that we have only seen in Turkey.
