If this park was looked after, the trees were watered, and the lawn was mowed, it would be possible to make a good point of attraction for the local population, who could use a park nearby, I suppose the park is not located on the ballance of the city, since it is located in a quiet area and is not being looked after at all.

The park is neglected, unkempt, half of the lanterns are not lit, all the vegetation was once planted, almost all died out, which is a pity. But there are still functioning swings, houses, and some other means for children to play.

It's a terrible example of irresponsible attitude. Half of the trees are dry, dirty, and I've never seen anything watered before. But there is a watchman.
