IT'S CREEPY!!! Your questions are either not solved at all, or they are solved for a very long time, dealing with template unsubscriptions. The country and the people are great, but there is no service in Tajikistan and especially in this bank at all.

If compared with other banks in Tajikistan, Alif is the most technologically advanced of all. I do not recommend this bank, the operators do not respond for 4-5 days. Constant problems and errors in the application. The bank is no longer trustworthy. There is no money to withdraw from ATMs, the bank refers to various reasons that have been going on for more than a year.

Polite both in the bank itself and in the technical support service. I have been with the Visa Gold card of this bank in different countries where there were no problems with either payment or cash withdrawal through an ATM. Online stores accept payment without problems! The main thing is not to forget to enable this feature in the map settings. I read the reviews here and realize that some of them are just custom-made. For example, a person with a Russian first and last name makes such spelling mistakes that it becomes ridiculous)). I wish Alif Bank to achieve its goals, development and prosperity!
The bank's technical support is terrible. Know that if you have a problem, tech support will not solve it, but only feed you with promises and lie to your eyes.
