I came to this branch once, took a coupon for money transfers, waited 30 minutes, they call everyone except me, I go up to ask what's the matter, they tell me the cash register doesn't work, come another day, I say why then issue coupons if it doesn't work, they answer you should have come up to ask, they say it's your fault and in general, there are few of us and many of you. strange

A good bank. It's clean and tidy here. The staff is friendly. The only drawback of Alif Bank is the very small number of its ATMs in Khujand compared to Dushanbe City Bank.
