The waiting time wants the best. We ordered 2 types of salad, the first and the second.
It took about 50 minutes to serve the first course. Lettuce for about 20 minutes. The dishes want the best, do not match the price to taste. Overall 3 points!
I can't say that the restaurant is top-end, I personally tried a salad with cheese and a steak burger. Salad 7 out of 10. Steak burger 6 out of 10. There is room to grow. But the staff is polite, they work quickly.

I've been here once, and that's the last time. The staff does not have a uniform, who walks in what, a hostess in a jacket thrown on, some manager in a coat in general, coughs into a fist and then spreads bills with these hands, generally unsanitary. The music is not cozy, there is no atmosphere to come here again. About the kitchen, too, usually. There are not enough managerial and management skills here.
The service is in a deplorable state: officers do not have a uniform(for example, an apron, or a special uniform), servings do not adapt to the number of people, napkins do not have one. The hostel had one for workers and guests, and the hostel had no napkins and papers. The service is not at all worth a 15% service fee, did not control the empty dishes we ourselves called an officer and told them to take the empty dishes
