We had a vacation in 2023 with our daughter, Seryozha and Alina.Wonderful hosts, everything is clean and well maintained.Seryozha always puts everything in order, the rooms are clean, everything you need is in the rooms and in the kitchen area.They always respond to any request, they will help in everything.The beach is a couple of minutes away, the beach is being tried together with the neighbors, they keep it in order.The rules of placement and behavior are discussed.About video surveillance and wiretapping is complete nonsense!!! Don't believe it!!! Serega is very cool, sociable, funny, and Alinushka is just an Angel.God grant that there would be more such people in the field of accommodation for vacationers.I know what I'm writing about, because we visit Abkhazia often, and for a long time. I will write a review only and exclusively on numerous videos, because I have not been there myself, but I dream of getting there! The owner has channels on YouTube and Rutube, maybe somewhere else! Stylish, very stylish daily videos are being released about the weather, sea temperature, air and other climate parameters, the author tells stories about life, people's relationships, examines issues that people care about.
There are also detailed videos about the device and organization of the hotel, with prices, etc.

I did not rest in this guest house, but I found out the prices here. After reading the reviews and watching the videos on YouTube, I would not advise anyone to relax here, especially if you have children!
People come to relax, not to be in tension 24/7.
Even the responses to the reviews from the owner amaze me. Very audacious.

The owner of the State Duma constantly monitors the guests on the cameras. Even in the rooms. There is evidence on YouTube, you can check it yourself. The cases are not isolated. In the same place on the video, you can obscenely cover the children of the guests. The territory of the guest house is sparse, the rooms are decorated for an amateur. Don't waste your time and money. In the beautiful country of Abkhazia, you will find where it is much better to relax. But not here.

The level of hospitality, which was so enthusiastically written about here before me, has noticeably dropped this year.
I will not remain unfounded:
1) a small kitchen, cutlery and crockery are not enough for all guests
2) all requests received a sharp and sharp response from the owner Sergei. Example: I am not tall, I managed to open the door to the room with effort, the door, for a second, was not lubricated and was again in a faulty condition. In this situation, I was reprimanded for making noise and slamming doors too loudly.
3) washing, ATTENTION, is paid! This is the height of arrogance.
Even the opportunity to manually wash my clothes was taken away from me by the most hospitable hosts in the world described below.
In return, I was offered a fee for each wash along with someone else's family.
4) the owner seems to be always on your heels and watching your every move.
At the end of my review, I would like to add that Sergei's outward kindness and hospitality are feigned. Any controversial situation will show you the true face of this person.
I sincerely wish you, Sergey, that your high-tech business flourishes.
Although it is very unlikely.
Even such accessibility to the sea does not cover your anti-human attitude towards your guests.

I visited the neighbors, Marina. I liked the place very much. And the village itself, and the sea, and accessibility from Sukhum. There are shops, cafes and other nearby. The beach is wild, for an amateur, rocky. I like this one.
