I bought roses in the evening at Alicia's store, they wilted the next morning. It's just a deception of buyers, to sell such old flowers and not for little money! There is only one disappointment from the flowers.
Judging by the reviews, this is systematically the case with them.It's time to turn to consumer protection!!!

I bought flowers on 07/14/2022 in the evening, the next day they began to fade, they did not stand for even a day. Spoiled mood and negativity towards the quality of the goods sold. I do not recommend this store, the money thrown away is unequivocal.
When addressing them, accusations were poured into my address: that I chose them myself, that it was my own fault that they wilted, and then the senior salesman Alesya said that I would not prove in any way that they had low-quality flowers

I buy flowers here only because there is no queue compared to rosa bel.
But no matter how much I bought, the flowers always die the next day. Maybe I'm so lucky, but from other stores everything is ok.

We visited them with a friend) the site was pleasantly surprised and we wanted to buy a basket on the spot. They work until 21:00. We arrived at 8 and at our request to collect a bouquet on the spot they said "I won't make it, the oasis is only 10 minutes" we work on order.They offered ready-made boxes, we went to look at the boxes there were stale flowers in them. We were very upset ( the meaning of this format is if you can't choose fresh flowers for the box yourself ☹️

We came with a friend to choose a bouquet in a box, because there was no time to place an order on the website, from what was already ready, it did not suit us for the price and condition of the flowers themselves. We turned to the staff, they refused to collect a basket for us, justifying this by saying that "The Oasis gets wet for only 10 minutes and we work only to order" (1 hour remained until closed). The meaning of finding a flower shop in an open format for customers is not clear if it is impossible to purchase a suitable bouquet.
