The new hotel, everything is sparkling clean. The interior is very beautiful. Comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Tea station with a set of water, tea, coffee in the room. Excellent location - on a pedestrian street, with access directly to the park. The caring staff helped me buy train tickets to Bukhara. Thanks to the reception staff named Bekzod!

We were very impressed with our stay at the Aliz Hotel! It is a place with a cozy atmosphere, attentive staff and impeccable cleanliness.
I would like to say a special thanks to **the cleaning service** – our rooms have always been spotlessly clean, fresh and tidy. The cleaners work very attentively and kindly, creating a truly homely atmosphere.
We also thank the administration for the warm welcome, the restaurant for the delicious breakfasts, and all the staff for the warm attitude. We will definitely come back again and recommend "Aliz" to our friends!

We stayed in this hotel from 03/04 to 06/04 in a 3-bed room on the 1st floor.
The hotel is new, with decent repairs, good furniture and plumbing, new and clean towels and bathrobes. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every day.
The photos of the common areas of the hotel and the rooms correspond to reality.
A very good buffet breakfast, hot dishes, and something new every day.
The hotel staff is very polite and friendly.
The hotel has a wonderful location, a pedestrian zone, a park, and a very nice neighborhood. It's nice to walk. But a taxi won't come to the entrance if it's important to someone.
On the downside: the room was stuffy, and the open window didn't always help. And you can hear everything that happens in the reception area, but this is because of the location of a particular room, I think this problem does not concern the guests of other rooms.

We stayed at this hotel for two wonderful days, we got into the rainy season in Samarkand, but we spent our time with health benefits. There is a very luxurious sauna, Turkish and Finnish, shower, swimming pool, hot tea, music . We are from Kazan, walked around Samarkand and came to the hotel tired, we were greeted very kindly, offered good coffee, rooms with good beds and excellent design, everything is in the room, tea, slippers, bathrobes, bathroom accessories, soap, shampoos, toothbrushes and paste, hair dryer, everything is very comfortable. Delicious breakfasts in the morning, excellent cook. The hotel administration, the guys at the reception, thank you so much for your attention, kindness and a good time at your hotel, we will remember your hotel for a long time, and how lucky we were - we were your very first guests! We wish you to keep it that way and better, good and pleasant hotel visitors!
