A great little hotel. Very cozy. The staff is friendly. The food is good and varied.A calm environment, without fuss. Lots of greenery. There was an animation. Ener Bey helped a lot with moving to another room, he always smiles warmly. The staff likes it if you know a few words in Turkish.
A very good hotel, modern rooms, beautiful territory, delicious food, the staff at the restaurant cleans the dishes immediately, additionally they cook outside, there is enough, clean, cleaning every day. It is an 8-minute walk to the beach. There is a playground. We didn't notice any disadvantages. Everything is fine!
The hotel is not that 4, but 3 with a minus. The territory is small, relatively well maintained. Upon check-in, the room was given the wrong category as originally booked. To change the whole quest, with nerves and hand gestures. The food is tolerable. According to the staff: he's a waiter, he's a cleaner, he's a gardener. There are not enough cups for tea/coffee, when you have to wait for them. The service itself is lower. We can say that it does not exist at all. At least in October. Shampoo and other hygiene products have to be begged, no one reacts at the reception, they turned to the manager. In general, the rest is aimed at elderly Europeans who do not care about all these moments. The attitude towards Russians is different. They pretend that I do not understand Russian, please communicate with me in English. If it were not for the place itself with super nature and the sea, which brightened up the experience, then this hotel does not deserve far of its fame
A charming and very cozy hotel, I recommend it to those who appreciate the homely atmosphere and beauty of the place (8th time in Turkey). The food is very good, the wine is for 4, there is something to do in the evening) the location is great, I walked to the sea with a player without straining. Thank you for the most pleasant time
The hotel corresponds to its stardom. It is better not to wait for delicacies in the kitchen, but the food in general is not very bad. The staff is friendly and courteous. I would especially like to note the cleanliness of the pool and the well-groomed territory. It was very pleasant to spend my vacation there
A wonderful place to relax! Blue, blue, transparent sea, blue sky!
The hotel is not bad, but at first they put us in a basement room, we had to pay extra the next day ...
and we were moved. The food is normal, there were good dinners in the evening, not bad for 4 stars.
The territory of the hotel is also well maintained, lots of greenery, flowers, palm trees..
I would still go back to this place!
The hotel is worthy of its stars. Do not count on more, everything stated is being fulfilled. On the first day, a Russian tourist is settled on the 1st floor - this is a semi-basement. I didn't like it, they will move in a couple of days as the rooms are vacated by the British. There are ants and butterflies in the lower rooms. We were accommodated in an administrative building on the 2nd floor....with a constantly working extractor hood from the kitchen, after 2 days they were moved to a free room. The kitchen is decent, without frills, but you won't stay hungry either. Rooms are cleaned daily. We didn't swim in the pool. It is an 8-minute walk to the sea. The sea is gorgeous, clean, blue, warm!
Food is the trouble of the hotel. The breakfast is terrible. Omelet with soy sausage, pepper and cheese. Rubber pancakes. Cheese with flies crawling on it. Over-salted broccoli. Lunch from 12 to 14 dinner from 19 to 21.there are one or two meat dishes. Rice. Pasta. The dining room level. The fruits are seasonal. Tough ones. Oranges are sweet. The tea is terrible. Coffee is not always brewed at the bar. At the request of the bartender. The room stock is old, dead. Torn white bedspreads were offered as a blanket. There are no beach towels. The bathroom is more or less renovated. Russians are settled in the basement. Only after insistent demands were they relocated. But it's lucky. Others moved in only for an unofficial additional fee. I'm just shocked by this hotel. I've never been so wrong with a choice.
I liked the hotel!! Compact, surrounded by greenery, with beautiful mountain views, away from the noisy evening life. Cleaning - 5, food - 4, reception and staff- 5+
The hotel is good, for a relaxing holiday, the food is excellent, not like in a five-star, but everything is there, three types of protein every meal, vegetables, fruits, melons, watermelons, my husband lacked Turkish buns in the morning) but there were figs, dried apricots, pancakes, all of good quality. The staff is polite, helpful, helps in everything. Many people write that the beach is not very far from the hotel, but here you need to understand that Oludeniz is generally very small and there are only a few hotels with their own beach, we went to the city beach, since the beach from the hotel is in the bay, it's shallow and the sea is not so emerald, but the sand and the kids will be just fine! I definitely recommend it!
We liked the hotel, had a good rest, and there are entertainment programs in the evenings. I did not like the free beach from the hotel, we went to the paid one, but also within walking distance. Nearby there is a taxi office, a main street with shops and even a craft fair, craftsmen make their goods right on the counter in front of your eyes! Excellent excursions, I recommend going to Fethiye, going to the shopping center and walking around the Bay Park. I was also struck by the available wildlife, lizards and cats are your constant friends at the hotel, beetles, spiders and so on, but most of all I was struck by wild boars very close to the hotel, people fed them and they wander through street trash, be vigilant and careful!
But in general, we are happy with the rest.
Let's start with some minor flaws. Upon check-in, the floor in the room was dirty, but at any time you can contact the reception and they will resolve the issue. There is no Russian-speaking staff, so you definitely need knowledge of English or an interpreter. It was my first time abroad, but I have never regretted that I chose this particular hotel. I must say right away that there will be no parties there. A quiet hotel, but with its own vibe. The hotel has been renovated, there is a gym, two swimming pools. The buffet, the food is delicious, you won't be hungry there, I guarantee it. Alco had beer, wine, gin, and various cocktails. There were few Russian-speaking vacationers with me, but maybe you'll be lucky. There was free Wi-Fi and a toll-free safe. I can safely recommend the hotel. The staff is very polite. Barmen have a separate respect) I monitored a lot of hotels, stopped at this and did not regret it. I hope that my review will help you in choosing)
A cozy, quiet hotel. It is more suitable for people of 60+ to relax)) There is no entertainment. During the day, they offer to play darts. Water polo and aqua aerobics in the pool every other time. In the evenings, children's animation lasts for half an hour-one Turkish boy tries to entertain the children, dancing with them a few songs. There is nothing else for children at all. There is no slide in the pool, which is in the photo, in fact. Sometimes there are performances. We got to see belly dancing, acrobats performing. The rest of the days are boring. Either a lotto game, or "guess the melody", or the animator is sitting and singing))) In general, it was boring. Green area, beautiful view of the mountain. The rooms are not bad, they were cleaned every day. The food is not wow, but you can choose something. I drank only water from drinks. It is impossible to drink juices. I remembered my childhood and the Yuppi drink)) I won't say about alcohol, I didn't take it. There is a shuttle service to the Blue Lagoon beach. It runs at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30. Back only at 16:00-17:00. But we left on foot. Walk for 15-20 minutes. The lagoon is perfect for relaxing with kids. Very shallow, sandy, no waves, lots of fish swimming) Free sun beds and umbrellas. We mostly went to the public beach. 10 minutes on foot. Here you will have to pay for the sun beds. The beach is pebbly. It is better for sensitive people to stock up on special slippers. In general, the hotel is not bad, but I will not return a second time) Maybe I'll send my mom))
We had a rest from July 3 to July 10. I liked the hotel, it was small and cozy. The food, the pool, everything is fine. Sometimes we went to the city beach (10 minutes on foot). After 22.00 - no dancing).
There are few Russians, but there are. Everything is very friendly. Alize Hotel ❤
I recommend it!!
The hotel grounds are very beautiful, the pool is clean. Meals for 4-apparently there are not enough dishes, because of this, plates with half-eaten food are constantly being torn out, this moment was terribly annoying. It is impossible to relax and eat quietly, the feeling that you have to have a quick snack and leave. There is no desire to return to this hotel anymore.
terrible hotel. The room is dirty, the walls have been climbed.the food is not tasty at all, raw meat, over-salted side dish.they did not swim in the pool, you never know what you can catch, because it was not cleaned from the word at all.although what could be expected for such a price.
I don't advise anyone, it's better to save up and go to a normal hotel.
I would put 0 stars, but unfortunately it is impossible
The location is convenient, 10 minutes to the central beach and 15 to the blue lagoon. The food and cleaning are not satisfactory. the territory and the pool are good
Disgusting! The receptionist refused to call a taxi, saying the hotel does not provide such a service. It's outrageous! We haven't been in the room all day, no one has cleaned the room, changed the towels, thrown out the trash, there is no water or coffee.Mosquitoes! The service is disgusting!I don't recommend it, avoid that hotel!
The hotel is cool. It looks very nice, everything is surrounded by greenery, the hotel territory is not visible from the road. Nice rooms. Cleaning every day. In general, the food is not bad, although it was periodically diluted with food from cafes, of which there are a huge number on the way to the sea. Alcohol is included in the bar: beer, wine, rum, gin, brandy. Maybe something else. We regularly took rum-Cola and we were happy. For money, they pour cocktails in a more interesting way. They took it a couple of times, it was delicious, but there was enough Rum and Cola. I really liked the hotel. If I go to Oludeniz again, it will be to this hotel!

The food is normal, quite varied, both ready-made and on order. They even baked pancakes, and I've never seen this in Turkish hotels. The animation is active, but not intrusive.Artists performed a couple of times. Two swimming pools, adult and children's,spa, bar, ice cream, playground, billiards, table tennis. The evening barbecue was a little strained, it smoked, the pipe was too short. The walls in the buildings are thick, the neighbors are almost inaudible.Cleaning is not bad, but it can be better.
We bought a room on the spot like 2000 rubles for two in 2022 in the fall. I really liked the hotel (there is something to compare it with)! We can 100% advise you to make a choice for him. We chose the number 382 from the available ones, like. A cool room on the second floor with a balcony in the shade of a large palm tree opposite the pool. Mostly Europeans rest there, so they keep the service and the bar above the rest. It's not far to the sea for us (we work up an appetite). Clean, delicious, evening shows, delicious alcoholic drinks! We communicated in clumsy English and through a translator (it was fun, especially when they asked us to pay with a card and they brought us a map of the town :)) In general, we will return there on occasion!!!
August 2023.
The Alize hotel 4* is not 4 stars, it is a modest three. This is our fourth visit to Oludeniz. The hotel is very weak. There was no choice at the time of buying the tour, the hotels were flying like pies, they bought here (Russians are settled on the 1st floor. The rooms are normal, you can live.
The hotel's guests are British / German 80%, the rest are Turks, Russians.
The main pain of the hotel is the food!
It is very scarce, something is constantly running out.
Breakfast is bad, it's fried peppers, baked tomatoes, boiled eggs. There are no pancakes, no fried eggs, no omelette with fillings. Only damn it.
There is a queue for the pancake, the cook roasts in one pan-1 piece, slowly, there are no more stoves. You will have to stand for 30-40 minutes. They ate cheese and bread. Lunches and dinners are a little more fun.
There is dirt everywhere in the dining room, stuffy, not cozy, there are not enough places, the staff of the dining room are not efficient, they are at their ease, who is dressed in what a lot. The kitchen staff/chefs are also without uniforms, in jeans, what they came from home in, and that's what they work in.
Cucumbers and tomatoes are constantly running out at dinner and lunch) Sweets are a poor choice, a biscuit soaked in syrup, and even they are disassembled, they are not in a hurry to replenish.
Snacks from 14-17h, ice cream from 15-17h.
Dachshund, the territory is small, one pool, the red tile is very slippery! everyone is flying all the time. The deck chairs are always all occupied. There is a playground for children, 2 billiards tables, 2 tennis tables.
There is animation, the guy is the only one leading it. There are invited artists in the evening.
To sum up, I do not recommend the hotel, there is no hand of the owner, everything is left to chance, there is no order, the hotel lives its own life, the staff work on their own wave. And the region is super, the nature is fascinating, the mountains are all around, you swim surrounded by mountains, there are many attractions, many places where you can climb on your own, without excursions.

The hotel where mostly the British rest. Russian-speaking -10-20 percent of all vacationers. The hotel itself is great. Calm and quiet . Suitable for family holidays. All the nightclubs and hot spots of Oludeniz are located at some distance, so that the sounds of night parties and discos are not heard in the rooms. Although they are a 5-minute walk away. To the beach -5-10 minutes walk depending on the pace! The private beach is located in the Blue Lagoon. There is a transfer. There are no beach towels. The beach itself in the blue lagoon is very shallow, so for those who love the sea and waves-to the public beach of Belchekiz! The kitchen rather corresponds to 3 stars, but everything is quite tasty. Room cleaning every day. I recommend it to people who appreciate a relaxing holiday, but from time to time who want to come off to the fullest!
Satisfied with the hotel. Of course, 20 euros is mandatory at the entrance of the "tribute" for the room, but on the other hand, I am happy with everything. The breakfasts are modest, but the rest.. And the main thing here is the beach, the beach is the most interesting, it's urban, almost always the water is clean (although mud sometimes comes). Very beautiful places, the best option for a relaxing holiday
We had a rest this year. The hotel is 4*, although it is closer to 3+)). They say it was better before)) The rooms are normal, the plumbing and shower are excellent, the air conditioner works flawlessly.
The food is not bad, every dinner is something on the grill. No frills, but you won't stay hungry. The breakfasts are monotonous, pancakes, omelets, eggs, muesli are not tasty of all kinds.
The alcohol in the bar is good wine, beer, brandy and gin. Cocktails and the rest are for an additional fee. Minus, if you want a glass of wine for dinner, go to the bar.
The pool is good, there have been no slides for at least 3 years, although they are still present in the description.
Children's animation and other animation from 20 to 21. Then the hotel is quiet. You can hear music from other discos.
The hotel is mainly aimed at families with children, mostly British.
There is no beach from the hotel, a puddle in the bay, the deepest place is a generation away. He takes a bus there from 9 to 11 every hour, picks it up at 16 and 17, there are only beach chairs on the beach, there is no bar and no food. Nobody really goes there from the hotel.
The most optimal beach is urban, 10 minutes down the street, 15 minutes back, there is a small slide. It's not easy to walk in the heat like this with children every day. The beach is stone / large, small pebbles, children cannot enter the wave. They always talk calmly, but in the week that we were there was always a wave.
Then the Blue Lagoon beach is 20-30 minutes on foot. It's shallow there and the sea is always calm, optimal for children. Here you have to pay for a chaise longue, they will not let you drop your things and go swimming if they notice. Tk the beach is paid.
We left at 17 o'clock, the room had to be vacated after 12. You leave your things at the reception. You can take a shower by the pool, change clothes in the toilet. I don't know if this is a common practice in hotels in Turkey. But usually they give a free room to take a shower and change clothes. There's not even a place to dry your hair.
And the hammam - officially from 15 to 17 it can be visited by bp. But they say it's busy, although the hammam is not even turned on. Only for money.
In general, the hotel is not bad, I liked everything and the place is very beautiful.

We stayed at the Alize Hotel in August 2023
Pros: large, clean pool, high-quality sun beds, pool toys (inflatable circle, mattress, glasses). There is an opportunity to take water with you, good Internet for the area, a pleasant contingent of vacationers, most of them are British, Germans, Russians.
Delicious ice cream, dried apricots, melon and salads!)
Among the disadvantages: audibility in the rooms (evening animation does not allow you to go to bed before 23:30, for me it was a significant disadvantage), there are no blankets, one family card. Do not leave the phone on charge, since the room key is soldered to the room card with a soldering iron and taking it with you, you automatically turn off the electricity in the room! This is the first time we've encountered this.
The food is peculiar, but it's quite good for me. The choice is small, but there is enough for everyone. Those who like to have a good and varied meal at the hotel should look for another option.
The biggest plus is the location of the hotel. Oludeniz is a wonder of the World!) Babadag Mountain is 5 minutes by taxi, Lycian Trail is 5 minutes by taxi, Blue Lagoon is 20 minutes on foot. The city of Kash is 1.5 hours away by car (there is a lot to see and the views are amazing).
I would come back again!
If possible, take a bigger room. And then the rest will be wonderful!
Great hotel. A very beautiful place with views of the mountains and the sea. The food is delicious. Friendly staff. The sea in this place is very clean, transparent even at depth.
A hotel you don'T want to go back to! Wet cleaning was done once in 11 days, cleaning can not be found, and if you ask at the reception, then they will only change your bed linen and towels (at best), forget about clean floors, the sign asking for cleaning is ignored. Food is a separate type of punishment in this place. There are more spices than the food itself, sometimes it is simply impossible to eat, and if there are no spices (for example, in French fries) so the oil flows like a river, everything is of very poor quality, as if for cattle. The music is booming from morning to night, it's impossible to relax around the pool. Staff: there is an adequate manager and girls in the bar and dining room, but there is one type there - a porter, if you pay him, he will dance and creep, and if not, he will first brazenly stand and wait for money (he stood in our room for 5 minutes after he brought the suitcase), and then Just ignore the very nasty type. The Internet is barely working, but this is not only in this hotel, but in the entire Oludeniz. I do not recommend this hotel from the word at all! It is better to choose a more decent hotel, and preferably a country.
Friendly staff, convenient location, close to the sea and close to the street of restaurants and bars make up positive memories of your stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, it was not possible to go to the Turkish bath, but these are small things. We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights, checked in as soon as we arrived from the airport, at 11 a.m. we already had a room. In 10 days, dorado and sea bass were presented once and in one evening, it would be better if this fish was laid out on different days, because I wanted both, but I did not have the opportunity to enjoy it. The bus to the blue lagoon did not go every day, due to increased traffic. A cozy place, I recommend it.
