They stopped communicating a week after the second part of the payment, which they received from me through pressure before submitting documents to the inspection. Subsequently, in the case of independent attempts to contact the contacts on the website and in the contract, they answered 1 out of 10 calls. Only under the condition of voicing threats to go to court and raising my voice, I was able to find out if they had lost my contact in principle, and whether they remembered their obligations. The mail was also not answered. Only spam and ads in messengers. There are all the necessary recordings of calls, emails, conversations in messengers and social networks. When, half a year later, I desperately hired a good Polish lawyer, it turned out that the package of documents was filed with errors, although this company controlled the entire process and the list. And this is in addition to the fact that before making the second part of the payment, I was promised a personal filing of documents in Warsaw, despite the fact that they are in Wroclaw (this recording of the conversation is also available among the saved ones). And as a result, a day later they said that they no longer have such an opportunity, so they will send my documents by letter. Is it worth mentioning that as a customer who has already paid for services, I do not even want to hear about a unilateral change in the terms of the contract a day after the payment!
When I decided to change jobs to another one, closer to home, and asked if there would be any problems with re-registration (and it is included in the package of services under the contract), they convinced me that there was nothing to worry about. They said that it was enough to reassemble the documents and send them. However, during the collection process, there were issues with the registration of some of the clauses of the contract and the hall. Since I was previously convinced that in case of any kind of questions, I need to contact the company manager for clarification (I have a vip package), I tried to do so. However, my attempts were unsuccessful in 90% of cases. Six months later, when the indignation reached its limit, I called and demanded termination of the contract, and received the following response - they refuse to refund me if I technically use the previous check (the previous application) when submitting additional necessary documents. That's just that the application was submitted by them with errors, to correct which I needed to find another lawyer within a week, since this so-called company did not respond to my calls and messages!
I appeal to all those who also got into a similar situation - do not be silent, and do not go to reconciliation without compensation. The money they receive for services not rendered, we earn here by hard work. If they do not want to return, then let them read the truth about themselves, and not the purchased reviews from fakes, and edited videos with reviews from 1% of satisfied customers for 99% of potential ones, who will later be thrown.
