Fresh renovation.
Good room facilities (including a washing machine and coffee machine)
Gorgeous views from the windows.
You will have to go down to the reception for your guests because the elevator does not work without a card.
I do not recommend rooms located close to the elevator shaft, the night silence will be disturbed by noise.

You can relax there only during the off-season. These are apartments that have not passed the Marriott standards, respectively, now in fact without a brand. There is no daily cleaning, breakfast, etc. etc. The price list in the season will surprise you unpleasantly. It is very similar to our coast in terms of service and dirt, noise around.

The hotel is terrible, the room is dirty, there is no Parking for cars, and if you are told that you can put a car nearby, the fact that in the morning you will not see the car, it will be evacuated (by agreement) and you will officially pay 10 tubriks, and when your car is shown to you in an abandoned parking lot-and all 150 will be required....if you want to travel like me instead of a vacation-to look for your car -stay at this hotel!

Quiet, calm, no repairs are underway (everything has been done for a long time).
