I left and returned it without incident, a huge deposit of 900 euros was returned, although I came to the office to return it, then the employee got behind the wheel and drove to the airport. I felt like I gave them 10 liters of gasoline.

I left the airport for Alanya. After 1 minute, I realized that the air conditioner was broken (frion leak). It's 41 degrees outside. I barely got to the place. I called the office. In the evening, another car was brought to me (!!!). And this, who does not know, is 3 hours in one direction (from Antalya to Alanya). They said that's what they do with regular customers. Very pleasant. I wish this team success in business and more loyal customers.
Upon receipt of the car, I was charged a deposit of 150 euros, despite the fact that the zero deductible was indicated at the time of booking. I did not notice a crack in the upper part of the windshield when I received the car, because we were in a parking lot that cars of this company cannot enter. Everything happened very quickly and I signed a contract that does not specify this damage. While I was putting my luggage in the car, a representative of the Gold Cars company drove up and kicked me out of their parking lot. After driving away, I raised the sun visors and noticed a crack on the windshield, immediately realizing that I had been deceived and I would have to pay for someone else's damage. And so it turned out, they charged me 750 Turkish lira for the glass and for not contacting the police, even though there was no accident. I do not recommend this company to anyone, I consider them not honest
