They talked to me from behind the reception desk with rolling eyes. The consultant also mentioned that a prerequisite for purchasing an installment plan is to purchase insurance for at least 1 year. Naturally, the only thing I wanted to do in this salon was to get out of there as soon as possible, which I did. And I decided to call the online store Hello. I called 2 numbers, none of them picked up the phone. Then I got a call back, I was interested in the question of whether insurance is really a prerequisite for installments. The answer was "we don't know how to work in salons, you must be at least 21 years old, have official employment and at least 3 months from the date of employment." I did not receive an answer to my response to the consultant, how can they not know this, because they are the same network and the same financial organizations.
I would like to get an answer from the management, why do they have incompetent employees in their salons or online stores? And what is this illegal imposition of services?
