Briefly to the point:
- a pensioner came and bought a phone;
- after 3 weeks, it became hard to hear on the phone. I came to the sellers, they said that they did not see any damage and did not accept it under warranty;
- a week later, there was a gurgling sound during the conversation, this time it was accepted under warranty;
- after 2 weeks, the phone arrived, but it turned out that the sellers did not indicate in the statement that the phone had poor audibility and he left again for another 1 week for repairs;
- the report came that the phone is faulty and you can take the money;
- they called from the store and said that they could come, I specified at what time and when, the answer was literally: "From 9 TO 20.00 AT ANY TIME";
- I came to pick it up on Saturday, but only part of the money was returned to me, and the second part will be returned only on Monday;
- I asked to show where it is prescribed and why it was not brought to me when buying the phone, they could not answer. Why wasn't this told to me when I called, they politely evaded the answer.
AND ONCE AGAIN, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, THIS IS SUCH AN ATTITUDE - towards A PENSIONER!!!!!
