It was the 1st and immediately the last trip to this studio.
We signed up 2 clients to the same master at the same time. They didn't apologize, they didn't say anything. They sent me to another master, although I came earlier.
Another lower-ranking master did not get a manicure of high quality. Firstly, he shortened his nails very much, although I specifically asked one piece to grow to the length of the others.
Secondly, I noticed on the street that half of the nails were blistered.
Thirdly, after coming home, one nail has already peeled off altogether.
About the fact that the cuticle was treated so much that I don't say anything at all in several places until it bled.
The request to return at least 50% of the cost was ignored.
I don't recommend it. The impressions are terrible.
P.S. I didn't want to show this horror, but maybe it will save other girls from going to this institution.
