That is, there was a deception. And to fix the Internet, you need the keys to the roof. I had to go through all the neighbors and look for the keys. But it turned out that the keys in the KSK and the employees of the Internet providers themselves always take the keys from them. This means that the employees simply cheated and were too lazy to go to the KSK for the keys.
