Since December 25, 2024, I have been contacting operators every day, and technicians have already come to me 4 times during this time. They don't check anything. They just change the modem and leave. Modems are old, they heat up in an hour and turn off. During the week since the beginning of the year, there is no Internet at all after 00.00. The operators in the telegram chat respond in an hour or two, send a standard unsubscribe- restart the modem, we can arrange for the technicians to leave... and everything. Everyone is unscrupulous, from operators to craftsmen.

The Alma TV antenna has not been working for a week. The master has not come yet. The application was submitted on 08/12/2024.Most likely, it will not appear.The service is disgusting. It is not known who to contact with the question.No one is responsible for anything.

Everything works disgustingly!!! It is unclear what we are paying for. And apparently, the organization itself does not care about the reviews, but they are all bad, everyone complains about the quality! It's terrible!!!!
