Different people in tech support say different things: fire, hardware failure, etc. There are no warnings, there is no news on the site, there is no SMS mailing with a warning. It is impossible to get through. After a week-long outage, the connection was restored and discounts were again. As soon as it starts to rain, the Internet immediately disappears. Last time, the repair team said that the reason for the discounts could be a faulty router provided by the company itself. They said that if the problem continues, then you will just need to change the router. Now, when I call tech support, they tell me that in case of replacing the router, I will have to pay extra. For what? For the fact that the equipment that you rent is faulty? Conclusion: if it is possible to use another Internet, forget about this garbage dump, proudly calling itself a provider.
