On April 25, 2025, I visited this institution. After eating duck, I started getting severe food poisoning. The condition was so severe that I had to go to the hospital.
I called the kebab shop to report the incident. The receptionist, a girl, behaved extremely rudely and did not apologize. I have a recording of our conversation.
Later, I received a transfer of 7000 tenge from a certain Ranagul A., signed "compensation for moral damage" and demanding that I no longer come to their institution. I refused the money and returned it back. I don't need compensation — I intend to defend my rights in due course.
Take care of yourself and your loved ones. In this place, no one thinks about the health of the guests.
I strongly do not recommend it!
