AN EXCELLENT PLACE where we are taken care of with all our soul and where we see many happy guests throughout our vacation) Since 2018, we have been coming to our favorite resort from Russia…
It is hospitable, clean, delicious, 2 excellent swimming pools, very green, 2 baths, one of which is unique Saka.
This year we rented a cottage for almost 4 weeks, but it's still not enough for us)
And they also celebrated my birthday and my husband's birthday-it was great!!! Thank you Alma-tay team for our vacation! For your hard work! For every day we spend at your resort!!!!!!

The very place where I once learned to swim (it's crazy, it was in the last century!), already in 1989! Then there was the Voskhod camp. And 35 years later, in July 2024, I accidentally found myself in the Alma-Tau juice. I recognized the place I remembered from childhood from the landscape, the location of the pool, the asphalt path and the ravine remained the same.

We rented a Finnish house for 4 people, the restrooms are dirty, the guards at the gate see themselves rudely the music for the entire recreation area was playing until 4 a.m. I couldn't sleep, I called the receptionist to report the problem, but no one picked up the phone the waiters in the restaurant came themselves I don't know the menu what is and what is not mixed up the dishes in the kitchen only 4.5 dishes I was shocked, they wanted to order a beshparmak, they said that they had to wait 3 hours. in short, in a word, the rest was spoiled, the recreation area was super, the location was also cool, much greener , but the service was 2----------

It is very beautiful, a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, delicious food is prepared in restaurants. In the VIP cottage, there is only a microwave, dishes and a barbecue in the kitchen for a fee. If you eat in a restaurant, it's great, you can't take it with you and cook there. The sauna and the pool are a complete delight!

We've always basked in what's less. The service is not bad. The kitchen is delicious, the price tag for the kitchen and alcohol is about 2 or 2.5 times higher than in Shymkent. The rooms are good. There were 2 days in the Finnish suite, everything was fine. Nature is super. There are no evening distinctions of the type of clubs to eat, drink and relax in peace. This is the place for this, we really liked the calm and pleasant atmosphere. The pool is clean, the rooms are also clean several times a day, the staff clean the rooms. But we didn't need it because everything was clean.

Everything is on the level, but in some cottages there is no Wi-fi, it just pisses me off. There's not a lot of communication there either. Active catches norm, belain in places as well as tele 2.
