I ordered raspberry peonies in the amount of 7 pieces. The 1st discrepancy occurred at the order confirmation stage - the site shows one delivery cost, a different cost was announced on WhatsApp. Of the delivered flowers, only one is fresh, several are already wilted.
The courier, despite my objections, still took a photo of the flowers in his hand, ostensibly to confirm the delivery.
To my review on WhatsApp, I received an answer an hour later, "please excuse me for what happened," because it is so convenient to send half-dead and fading flowers, and then just apologize
I made an order from Russia to a friend in Almaty for her birthday. I can safely recommend the company. I ordered for August 31, they are still standing and pleasing a colleague. She is very pleased, the bouquet turned out to be more beautiful than in the photo on the website.

Terrible service. I ordered a bouquet with delivery at 10:30. A half-frozen bouquet was delivered by 15:30. And the manager at the same time claims that cut the flowers and put them in water and they will move away. The refund is required to be made through Yandex courier with payment on my part, without refund. The service is terrible. I am ready to contact the management.
