Developed infrastructure, nearby there are pharmacies, shops, beauty salons, children's educational centers, the main attraction is the Almaty Arena, all sports complexes. There is a Playground in every yard, a clean street, lawn, gazebos, benches. The entrances are clean, the elevators are always working. Parking is free. Football field, basketball field, table tennis, everything for the development of children. Grocery stores, fruits, meat, a children's clothing store, cosmetics, dry cleaning, an ATM of Halyk Bank and Kaspi bank are available. Nearby there is a police station, a PSC, a polyclinic, a theater within walking distance. Everything is nearby. The area is very good, although there is little greenery, since the area is young, and the trees are young. Russian school is a bit far away, but I like everything this way.

Excellent residential complex from the Basis with a convenient location (for our family) and developed nearby infrastructure: PSC, hospital, kazpost, sabyrzhan, gym, ice rink, swimming pool - all this and much more across the street in 5-10 minutes walk from the residential complex itself :) My wife and I are very glad that we moved to this residential complex. The apartments have good layouts (the main thing is to choose the right one), spacious and warm entrances with two elevators, very well-maintained courtyards with excellent playgrounds. There are enough parking spaces behind the houses. Nearby Almaty Arena is a good plus for children in the future - a bunch of different children's sports sections (swimming, hockey, figure skating, etc.). There is a slight disadvantage, especially for the first line of houses along Momyshula - when holding various events near the Almaty Arena, it is always noisy ...
* We have a second line of houses :)

I wouldn't recommend living here. Unfavorable environment, cars all around, vacant lots, no entertainment, scant uncomfortable air. I wanted the management of the Basis to live in its own creations. While the city is full of wastelands and the private sector, they choose the easiest, but extremely harmful in consequences, steppe development.
